A year ago, I was battling a mysterious illness that left me crippled with brain fog and skin rashes all over my body. I couldn't even sit at my desk and work. I was suffering. But little did I know this would lead to starting a new business with @BlakeMycoskie, the founder of TOMS Shoes, and going all-in on the thing I was meant to build. See back in November 2024, I was desperate. I felt like I was underwater every morning when I got out of bed. My brain was barely working enough to tell me it wasn’t working. When you're trying to recover, you become obsessive about the details. Not in a neurotic way, but in a “this actually matters way". What you eat. How you sleep. How you start your day. I turned my kitchen into a lab. The counter looked like a CVS aisle. Pills. Powders. Protocols. The more I experimented, the better I felt. I discovered that every single morning you wake up in a hole. Your body dumps water, minerals, electrolytes and depletes its cellular energy while you sleep. That isn’t a defect. It’s your body repairing itself while you rest. My energy returned. My brain fog cleared. I got my life back. I wanted to help other people struggling with the same issues. But when I looked at that mess of jars and tubs, I thought: There has to be a better way. That question sent me and Blake Mycoskie on a year-long journey. We talked to doctors, biohackers, and hydration scientists. We devoured research on hydration and cellular energy. The most shocking thing we learned? Supplements don’t work. People end up with drawers full of pills they forget to take. You know what actually works? Making the right choice the easiest choice. A simple habit that compounds. One that’s easy to remember and enjoyable, not a chore. That's why Blake and I aren't building a supplement company. We're building a habit change company. Morning Water is one glass of water optimized for what your body needs when you wake up When your morning works, everything works. Better focus. Better energy. Better decisions all day. Products don't change your life. Habits do. But the right product makes good habits inevitable. Here's the deal: I had my team set aside 50 Sample Kits from my personal allocation for Twitter. That's all I've got, the rest will go to paying customers. Retweet and comment "MORNING" below, and I'll ship you 7-days of Morning Water directly to your door. No catch. Just want your honest feedback. P.S. I think you need to follow me so I can dm you.

NanoBanana 2 just made your static ad agency obsolete. And I just open sourced the entire tool. Drop your product page URL. It pulls your logos, product images, fonts, colors, and brand voice automatically. Builds a full brand guide for you. Then generates ad creatives at scale using nearly 4,000 high-performing ad templates across 8 niches. It dynamically matches the best templates to your brand and brief. Here's what makes it different: → Instant resizing Get any ad in 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 with one click. No regeneration. No broken text. → Highlight-to-edit See an issue? Highlight the area and tell it what to fix. → Multiple brand profiles Run different brands or segments from one tool. → Auto persona building from real customer reviews → Multiple QC loops on briefs and final assets Catches AI-isms before you do. → Upload your own templates or use ours Runs locally. Just needs your Claude and Google API keys. This is the lite version of what we use internally. You get the full finished tool AND the open source code to make it your own. Creatives still design the system, this handles iteration and scale. Want a copy to download? 1. Like this post 2. Comment "AI" Will DM you the tool along with a tutorial shortly after.

I launched the new brand and my CPMs are above $100 for the US market. I know that my compactors are sub $40 I'm wondering what to do to get CPMs down ? It's been ages since I've launched a new account. I've spent $3,000 so far.

one moment completely changed how i think about what's possible yesterday a guy named caleb (@calebhodges) — not a developer, literally a marketing guy was asked to give an impromptu presentation to the group. different skill levels, no prep time. he opens his laptop and tells his ai: "i need to present to a group learning about openclaw. everyone's at different levels. make me something useful." five minutes later: a polished, beautiful slide deck. ready to present. then he goes: "actually, the laptop is on the ground near the tv cord and there's no remote. can you program my iphone as a slide clicker so i don't have to bend over?" it built a working remote control on his phone. in minutes!! he gave the whole presentation using ai-generated slides controlled by an ai-built phone remote. all created on the spot. i sat there thinking: most people are still using chatgpt to rewrite ai slop emails. went home. one tip from the meetup — use claude code instead of the gateway dashboard — completely unlocked everything. what used to take me hours of debugging through a web ui now happens in seconds through the terminal. this single tip will save me hundreds of hours. by yesterday night i had built an entire autonomous ai system: → an ai agent that runs 3 overnight shifts (9 pm, midnight, 3 am) while i sleep → a 6-model pipeline where different models plan, review, code, and quality-check each other's work → self-healing watchdogs that auto-restart on failure → a work queue it reads every shift and builds through autonomously i went to sleep last night. the agent started its first shift. this morning i woke up to 27 new commits and 6 completed projects. one meetup. one afternoon. an ai that now *actually works* while i sleep.

I hosted a Claude Code meetup today in Austin to talk about Agents, Skills, OpenClaw and context management Here’s the agenda if you want to do one yourself: 9:00A — start. Yes that’s early! But I found more serious people come if you do this during work hours 9:10A — introductions. Quick go-around for people to say their name and what they’re working on 9:20A — small groups. Split into groups of 3-4 to talk more deeply about what you’re building and how you use Agents and Claude Code etc 9:30A — mix and mingle. I bought breakfast tacos ($350) and our venue sponsor let us drink their coffee 9:45A — discussions on topics: Agents Claude for Marketers OpenClaw Context Management Everyone picked one of these groups and went for demos and questions 10:15A — mix and mingle. Good meetups have time for both structured and unstructured convos! 10:30A — demos in the classroom, this is where I took the photo. We got share-outs from each of the breakout sessions Then people presented on: OpenClaw and how to run it Using Codex for checking code NanoBanana API use And a bunch more. We were done by 11:30A and some folks stuck around for another 20-30 mins. Overall it was one of my best meetups on a technical subject. I got a lot of great feedback 35+ Founders and Engineers and Entrepreneurs attended If you applied and I wasn’t able to reply I’m sorry! I’ll try to host another one in Austin in a few weeks

Current daily ritual: • Wake up at 6 • Hydrate with LMNT + sparkling water + creatine • Meditate for 20 minutes (unguided) • Eat 4 hardboiled eggs (with cholula) • Inhale double espresso (Ethiopia, washed) • Walk 20 minutes to a cafe without phone (entering immense flow state of gratitude & excitement) • Sit down and journal for 30 minutes to clarify thoughts & plot the day ahead (Muji 0.5 clicker + A4 notebook) • Write for 90 minutes on iPad (with no WiFi) • Take 15 minute walking break through my Miami neighborhood • Order second coffee, pay for the person behind me • Write for 90 more minutes (my most productive session of the day) • Call it quits once brain is out of juice for more writing • Eat second meal of the day (8 oz of steak + vegetables) • Return to home desk, sweep Slack with team • Drive forward critical projects, allocate resources, lead & manage, take meetings • By now it’s about 4 PM and the day has been won, but still more to go • Walk to gym + lift weights (German Body Composition Training) • Take a walk during sunset with my girlfriend • Make another steak (ribeye, 16 oz, medium rare) on the terrace • End the day foam rolling, recapping the day that was, and outlining my gameplan for the next day • Prime my brain with one question to seek answers to overnight, then close notebook • Fall asleep in 62-degree room with bamboo sheets, earplugs, eye mask, and a huge smile on my face • Sleep deeply for 7.5 hours (if I’m well-rested) or 9 hours (if I need a bit more), no alarm Then do it all over again the next day Everything I ever wanted in this world happening every single day Life is elite

@MuellerKirk @jeharris12 I think you’ll really enjoy it. It’s not going to replace your caffeine, but you will feel better throughout the day. If you use the code, Austin, it’ll get you $25 off your first month of a subscription.

@a_brawn @jeharris12 Work a 4a-4p shift, and choose to grab caffeine via diet soda to wake me up. This looks interesting, as being healthier is on my list of goals for 2026.

So, I am very aware that first thing in the morning I should drink a bunch of water with some healthy things in it. Yet somehow I never do. This concept of product + habit company is smart and very much what I need in this scenario, so I'm really looking forward to trying it out.
