Nice. I just gave Claude four local video files (~44 minutes) with a task to identify snippets where I can be seen either full body and/or laughing. I needed this material for a new intro jingle for my channel. It did a near perfect job. Using ffmpeg to pull frames at 4 second intervals and analyze the stills. Gave me a list of files with start and end times. Impressive! (Fable 5 on High, 18 minutes processing time, half my daily credits till reset.)

Can Codex do Pilates? Not exactly. But it built me an app that: - Knows over 180 exercises - Generates science-based reformer classes rather than choosing randomly (also has an option where I can build my own if I know what I want) - Creates workouts based on style (Studio Flow, Classical, Athletic, Recovery) - Talks me through the workout hands-free, using a built-in timer and voice coaching - Has a "Murder" difficulty level because of course it does I take classes in person 4x a week, but wanted something for shorter flows at home on other days without having to try to memorize class plans from the studio. So I scoped out an exercise library, automated generator, manual class builder option, and a hands-free timer that talks me through the flow once it's built (with an option to skip... which you don't get in the studio lol). The initial UI was just okay, so I used ChatGPT's image generator to create better looking UI and had Codex implement it. Not bad for two hours and 4% of my weekly usage :) Future upgrades: better diagrams for each exercise, and creating another version of the app that's sized for my Peloton screen so I can sideload it to the bike and rotate the screen over to face my reformer.
