@Babajiide 58.02% is huge for Guinness and that it's happening is because of the huge loss recorded in 9 months and the harsh business environment. Tolaram Group is the maker of Indomie Noodles. If this hasn't signalled an exit move to you, then you have to ask yourself some hard questions.

If Obi is soft and cannot solve Nigeria's problem, why is Tinubu who is hard not solving the problems? Nigeria is OK 👍

Do you know what drives detractors of PO mad? He makes them believe they've got him all figured out, and then he deals them a masterstroke. In a country where bravado is often mistaken for bravery, they do not understand that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

Gut First
Gut First@GutFirstHealth·
Ghost wipes aren't luck. And they're definitely not about what you eat. You've added more fibre. Flax. Chia seeds. Tried all the gel-like foods influencers promised would give you the perfect stool. You focus on motility, walk after every meal. Yet it still comes out as disappointing as a loaf of bread that never rose and you can't figure out why. Because it was never about the inputs. It's the system between your mouth and your toilet that either makes or breaks a ghost wipe. And that system has four stages that have to fire in sequence. The first and most commonly broken is bile. Bile coats your stool as it moves through the intestine. It emulsifies fats so they absorb instead of passing through as grease. Without adequate bile, fats pass through undigested and coat everything in a sticky film. Pale stools. Stools that float. 6 yellow wipes and you're still not done. That's your bile ruining the recipe. Taurine, glycine, and phosphatidylcholine determine bile composition at the liver. Without them your bile can't do its job regardless of flow. But flow matters too. Stomach acid hitting the duodenum is the signal for bile release. Low acid means weak signal means poor flow even when composition is fine. If ACV or lemon juice before meals ever improved your digestion, and strangely increases your ability to digest fats then acid was the problem this whole time. But even well-composed bile with strong flow can be destroyed before it works. Bacteria in the small intestine produce BSH enzymes that strip bile acids apart, with nearly 60% of bile's function lost when this goes unchecked. Baicalein inhibits BSH directly literally turning off the enzyme that breaks it down, calcium d glucarate does the same for a similar enzyme. The second most important part of the puzzle is mucus. Your colon coats every stool with mucus as it forms. This is the non-stick surface. Without it stool drags against the intestinal wall, fragments into pieces, and leaves residue every time. Ever tried cooking a fried egg in a dirty pan without non-stick technology? exactly. Endless wiping. Stools that break apart instead of passing whole. Never feeling fully done. That's thin mucus. Goblet cells produce this layer and their primary fuel is butyrate from beneficial anaerobic bacteria. Low good bacteria means low butyrate means thin mucus means nothing passes clean. Butyrate feeds goblet cells directly. N-Acetyl Glucosamine gives the structural building blocks. Boswellia thickens the layer while calming the inflammation that's been eroding it. Now here's where the fibre advice falls apart. You were told to eat more fibre to improve your stools. More flax. More chia. More psyllium. And fibre does feed bacteria that produce butyrate. But fibre feeds bacteria indiscriminately. If your gut lining is damaged and the wrong bacteria have already taken over, that fibre is feeding the exact organisms that are degrading your bile, thinning your mucus, and producing gases that paralyse your gut wall. Methane directly slows transit, with producers showing 59% slower movement. Hydrogen feeds further bacterial expansion. Hydrogen sulphide damages the lining even more. The thing every influencer told you would fix your stools has been feeding the system that's breaking them. This is why some people add fibre and everything improves. Their system was intact. Fibre did exactly what it was supposed to. But in a broken system, more fibre means more fuel for the organisms causing the damage. Same input. Completely different outcome based on the state of the system processing it. Which brings you to the real question. Why did the system break in the first place. Your gut lining cells have mitochondria that consume oxygen and keep the intestinal environment almost completely airless. That low-oxygen state is what allows beneficial butyrate-producing bacteria to thrive and what keeps gram-negative endotoxin producers suppressed. When the lining is damaged those cells stop consuming oxygen properly. Oxygen leaks into the lumen. The bacteria that thrive in oxygen expand. T hey degrade bile. They outcompete butyrate producers so mucus thins. They produce methane, hydrogen, and hydrogen sulphide that stall transit and damage the lining further. One shift in this environment and every stage of the ghost wipe recipe fails simultaneously. This is why ghost wipes seem random. Monday everything works. Thursday nothing does. You're not tracking luck. You're tracking your gut lining integrity and subsequent gas production day by day. Zinc L-Carnosine repairs the lining itself. PQQ and CoQ10 restore mitochondrial oxygen consumption. B1 keeps the energy cycle fed. Butyrate is both the fuel those cells burn to consume oxygen and the compound that feeds mucus production. One molecule doing the two most important jobs at once. Fix the lining and the environment shifts back. Oxygen drops. Beneficial bacteria return. Butyrate rises. Mucus thickens. Bile stops getting degraded. Transit steadies. It's like realising the reason your bread never rose is because the yeast was dead before it even got a chance to rise, fix that and the whole recipe clicks. Not because you changed what you eat. Because you fixed the system that processes it. Sticky and pale? Check bile. Then check acid. Fragments and endless wiping? Mucus. Check butyrate. Dry or loose with nothing in between? Transit. But check bile and mucus first. All of the above? The lining underneath everything. You've been scoring your gut health with ghost wipes your entire life without knowing it. Every clean pass was the system working. Every rough one was a stage failing. Now you know what each stage does. And you know why fibre alone was never going to fix it. If you want to figure out which stages are broken in your system and what to fix first, that's what GutFix does for you: gutfix.ai/quiz

Want to transform your gut health this weekend? Start here. Remove: seed oils, added sugar, alcohol, and anything with an ingredient list longer than 5 items. Add: 2 servings of fermented foods daily, kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, plain Greek yogurt. Eat 10 different plant varieties across Saturday and Sunday. Just 10. Finish eating by 7 PM both nights. Two days done right will set a new baseline. Build from there.

What it takes to increase your testosterone (testomaxing): Remove inflammation + fix your gut + restore missing nutrients + eliminate androgen inhibitors + upgrade testosterone output = your body's natural T, unlocked. Here's what each step actually means: Remove inflammation: → Cut seed oils, gluten, high-FODMAP fermenters → These raise IL-6, TNF-α, and endotoxin — the three fastest ways to crash testosterone → Most men feel the difference within 3 days Fix your gut: → Endotoxin from a leaky gut directly sabotages Leydig cells → Add an endotoxin binder (lactoferrin, activated charcoal, white button mushrooms) → Morning sunlight + digestive support to normalize transit Restore missing nutrients: → No zinc = low LH, low DHT → No B-vitamins = poor androgen creation → No selenium = poor thyroid = poor testosterone → Beef, oysters, liver, milk, egg yolks... non-negotiable Eliminate androgen inhibitors: → Chronic cortisol, poor sleep, overstimulation → These blunt dopamine and androgen receptor sensitivity Upgrade testosterone output: → Only works after the above four are in place → Supplements on a clogged system = expensive urine Your testosterone isn't broken. It's blocked.

I’ve lived & worked with the British for approximately two decades. One of their greatest strengths, which has helped them remain strong for centuries, is their ability to backtrack from errors quickly. The Europeans, generally speaking. Our politicians are the opposite.

PO’s exit has delegitimised the ADC regarding the rotation question. ADC’s best option now is to backtrack and correct this. But typically, they will proceed in error, having confidence in their audacity as a plan. And this is the biggest failing of the Nigerian culture. 🧵>

The whole timeline is deep diving the gut and I'm pretty sure it's because everyone is struggling one way or another. This is why and what you can do. \/\/\/ SIBO/SIFO under diagnosed, barriers destroyed from glyphosate, antibiotic use during childhood and in livestock, heavy metals inhibiting immune function and causing chronic inflammation, methylation inhibited via toxin load, bile is shot, motility is slowed, and then you can get into parasitic infections and more. Preface if you're reactive you need to calm histamine before implementing anything. First would establish basic motility and bile function. - Taurine - B1 - Bitters - Magnesium Second would be to bind endotoxins/metals - Modified Citrus Pectin - Chlorella - Charcoal sparingly (stop if it causes motility issues) Third is knock down some of the opportunistic bacteria - Berberine - Oregano Oil - Black Seed Oil Optional is biofilm busting if needed - NAC - Nattokinase/Serrapeptase Fourth is rebuilding microbiome - L Reuteri - S Boulardii - Spore Based Probiotics Fifth is healing the gut - Zinc Carnosine - Glutamine - Collagen/Gelatin After this you can look into deeper cleanses if needed but important not to skip steps if very very sick. Taking things like Glutamine too early or probiotics will throw gas on the fire. This is shooting from the hip but a great start.

Why our guts are collectively wrecked: - We were fed formula as a baby - We were given antibiotics in development - We live in a sterile environment void of dirt and animal exposure - We drink chlorinated and fluroidated water - We eat a diet that selects for inflammatory gram negative bacteria and starves beneficial species - We have been exposed to pesticide and herbicide residues our entire life Our microbiomes have shifted. Its lost entire keystone species. We have become an endotoxin factory and are being starved of essential postbiotics

I refuse to accept that the same skill required to navigate the murky waters of Nigeria's political party system is what would set one apart to be good at governance. If anything the evidence before us shows that the better you are at party politics, the worse you're likely to be at governance. I've thus lost no trust in Peter Obi's ability to gobern well when he becomes president in 2027. All he needs to do is get on the ballot and we the people will carry him to aso rock with our votes.
