Someone who followed / subscribed to me kept me updated Daily on his portfolio Took about $55K to $1.3M in literally 2 weeks off $MU only I kept telling him over and over to invest it in long term stocks because he was basically degen on every $MU trade when it was going parabolic. I also told him many times one of these days is going to crush you and turn you into a emotional disaster full of revenge trading & more This week he blew everything up. He's done. He deleted his account because he didn't listen Gambling is one of the worst addictions to have.

I rarely drink but I’ve noticed that BPC-157 makes me more resilient to alcohol. Gut health is foundational (and an epidemic problem), so I suspect that there are lots of second-order benefits to this peptide. Also, several people (including my surgeon) have remarked on how fast and cleanly my incision has healed. Was it the BPC (and KPV)? Hard to say but I’d bet that forthcoming clinical studies will show significant benefit. Peptides are the Wild West right now but they’re also the most promising frontier in medicine.

so you want to do drugs and drink to your hearts content normally i would disagree but my rule is to always follow your heart. if you're gonna do this, at least use the right recovery tools to minimize damage to as close to 0 as possible: NAC. antioxidant support. - restores glutathione, the master antioxidant - glutathione neutralizes drug metabolites - prevents glutamate excitotoxicity in the brain - keeps liver enzymes functional during detox dose: 600-1200mg before drinking. TUDCA. liver support. - pharma grade liver protection - supports bile flow - clinically used for liver disease - protects bile ducts from toxic stress - stops hepatocyte death during metabolic overload dose: 500mg with food after drinking. Pinealon. cognitive recovery. - brain cortex peptide bioregulator - activates neurogenesis in damaged regions - supports cognitive function recovery after neurotoxic stress - pinealon repairs cortical damage caused by alcohol and drugs - optimizes brain metabolism - improves memory and executive function post damage 1mg daily for 30 days. a few months off. effects persist weeks after you stop taking it. Epitalon. sleep recovery and cellular longevity - drugs and alcohol shorten telomeres (literal aging) - epitalon reactivates telomerase to reverse it - they also obliterate pineal gland function - epitalon repairs the pineal gland - circadian rhythm gets restored - sleep quality improves drastically 3mg daily for 30 days. a few months off. effects persist weeks after you stop taking it. BPC-157. gut lining support - repairs intestinal lining damage from alcohol and drugs - reduces gut inflammation and leaky gut - restores a healthy gut microbiome - accelerates healing of gastric ulcers 0.5mg daily for 2 weeks. a month or two off. now you cover body, brain, liver AND the gut. get NAC and TUDCA from your local pharmacy / supplement shop. for the rest, this is the brand i use, all oral: Pinealon: yourprotocol.co/products/pinea… Epitalon: yourprotocol.co/products/epita… BPC-157: yourprotocol.co/products/bpc?s… not medical advice.

@adam_dorr The sale is easier if you are sick/injured already. Much easier to sell a car to someone who just blew a head gasket.

People seem scandalized by the idea of everyone being on low-dose GLP1s. This misunderstands the future of medicine in a fundamental way. On the USS Enterprise, would Dr McCoy wait until people got ill or frail or elderly before treating them? Or would each person aboard receive a slate of low-dose maintenance therapies that optimized their health all the time? The idea that this “dependency” is a bad thing is absurd, just as calling a healthy diet a “dependency” on vitamins and minerals would be absurd. Health Optimizer Therapies are the future of medicine. GLP-1s like Ozempic are just the very beginning.

Scientists mapped a piece of brain the size of half a grain of rice. One-millionth the size of the human brain. It took them a year and over 1.4 million gigabytes to scan it. They found over 57,000 cells, 150 million synapses, and even some new structures they didn't know existed. Mapping the entire human brain in this level of detail would require all the data storage generated on Earth in a year + a 140-acre data center. But the human brain itself can hold up to ~2.5 million gigabytes of information - enough for ~3 million hours of HD video or 342 years of continuous viewing. It can process roughly 10 quadrillion calculations per second - enough processing power to run over 4,000 high-end gaming PCs all operating at peak ability. And it only runs on the amount of power needed for a single dim light bulb. No technology even comes close to doing what the brain can do. The more we learn about biology, the more complex it becomes. This is God's Glory on display.

@deaidras @agingroy Sleep difficulties on retatrutide have been reported by some clinical trial participants, but a confirmed causal link between the drug and insomnia has not yet been formally established.

Eli Lilly just released Phase 3 data for retatrutide, their next-generation obesity drug. 2,339 patients. 80 weeks. The biggest trial in the field. 8 things worth knowing: 1️⃣ It beats every obesity drug on the market. Wegovy (semaglutide): 15% Zepbound (tirzepatide): 22% Retatrutide: 25% 2️⃣ You don’t need the highest dose. The lowest (4mg) already outperforms Wegovy. 18% weight loss with one dose increase. Fewer people quit than on the sugar pill. 3️⃣ At two years, weight was still dropping. No plateau. Patients with BMI over 35 lost 84 pounds. 30% of their body weight. 4️⃣ Some patients stopped taking it because they lost too much weight. That’s never happened with an obesity drug. 5️⃣ It works differently. Ozempic and Zepbound suppress appetite. Retatrutide does that too, but its third receptor (glucagon) flips your metabolism toward burning stored fat. In Phase 2, ketone bodies rose 2-3x, confirming the body was switching fuel sources. 6️⃣ It causes a side effect no other obesity drug does: tingling and numbness (12.5%). New receptor, new trade-off. Worth watching. 7️⃣ In a separate study, it cleared 86% of liver fat. 93% of patients reached normal levels. 1 in 3 adults have fatty liver disease. No approved drug comes close. 8️⃣ Two-thirds of patients on the highest dose were reclassified out of obesity entirely. They started at BMI 40. They finished under 30. That’s not just weight loss. That’s a medical reclassification. @US_FDA filing expected late 2026.

Retatrutide, a triple receptor drug for GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon, is the most powerful weight loss drug yet. A significant issue is too much weight loss among the trial participants. New randomized trial results announced today with 28% body weight loss. gift link nytimes.com/2026/05/21/sci…

The love of money is the root of all evil. The love of people is the root of all good. Soon, superabundance created by AI and robots will make money unimportant. Which will make room for love of people.

Drinking alcohol while being on Retatrutide sucks Add in electrolytes, still sucks Add in mots c, doesn’t suck as much Add in glutathione, you’ll be aight Moral of the story, optimization doesn’t make drinking healthy(obviously). It just makes the consequences slightly less violent. peak.you
