I’ve said that any Millionaires' Tax I sign must send a significant percentage of that revenue back to Washingtonians. The Senate came out with a good start. Here's my proposal for cutting taxes on small businesses, getting money to working families, and reducing sales tax.

As I always tell my team, an organizations culture and leaders are truly defined when they are under stress and have to make very hard choices. It's not defined by what you put on the walls or say on your campaign website. WA leadership chose to undo 100 yrs of clear constitutional precedent. No different than the White House. So ironic that @GovBobFerguson made a name for himself going after Trump. Now that Bob is the man in the arena, he crumbles and does the same, they are no different. Much harder to do than say, isn't it Bob! Sadly ironic for us in WA.

We are creating a multi-agent AI software company @xAI, where @Grok spawns hundreds of specialized coding and image/video generation/understanding agents all working together and then emulates humans interacting with the software in virtual machines until the result is excellent. I took Grok 4 for a spin this weekend to build this game prototype. I used SuperGrok Chat to generate the initial game prototype and then brought it over to Cursor to continue coding with Grok 4 MAX. Grok 4 in Cursor is like a no-nonsense agent. Doesn't speak much, but delivers the goods. There were moments where I was rate-limited or stuck on a bug or two that I had to get other models to help, but otherwise it's a fast, reliable model to work with. This makes me incredibly excited for Grok Code to launch in August!

"3 min away" Uber in the USA: ~5 min away Uber in India: 10-30 min away with massive standard deviation. including infinity 50% of the time (ride canceled). I'm pretty sure part of Uber localization is "wait time deflation amount".

We need better rules for high skill visas in America! H1bs are unusable by startups. Here are some suggestions to fix: 1. Move lottery to monthly rather than yearly. Startups can’t wait 1+ yrs to hire 2. Make it an auction to “buy” the visa from US govt. Would prefer to have a predictable cost to get talent rather than random process 3. Put a per company cap of 20% of talent for same role. Remove the H1bs consulting factories Let’s get this talent to startups that really struggle to hire!
