Tyria Day 1 Impressions - Global Top 3/4300 Rating - 8/10 PVP, ?/10 PVE (probably same as Fei, so mediocre) - Arcana 7/10, whales can use this to replace Lacey. - She’s essentially the best anti Haydee; her existence means anytime someone picks Haydee, they almost have to ban her or she gets 1 shot > her 2nd S2 snipes another squishy. - Not draft priority, you only pick her if the enemy ever picks Haydee, else you wait. - A little restrictive because you need at least one defender before her to proc 4 nova burst, ideally Emily for S2>S3. - Otherwise, really good into slow tempo tanks and you stall out for her 2nd turn S3>S1 nuke. - Build her crit + any 2pc with good crit; can’t be too slow, but try to make her last in your team. Her Arcana is an upgrade over Lacey for more STR (+5 per training, more effectiveness, more sensory chance) and condition, but not a must if you already have a good Lacey. #starsavior

ALERT: Good Samaritan helps a cop subdue a suspect after a fistfight broke out between the cop and a man in Madison, Tennessee. Police received multiple calls about a suspect walking in traffic, lying down in the road, and even punching a car driving past. Officer Rodion Peters arrived and tried to keep the suspect from entering the roadway again before trying to detain him. The suspect then started throwing punches, hitting Peters in the head, before Peters could grapple him to the ground. A good Samaritan then came over and helped Peters hold the man down until other officers arrived and detained the man. The suspect is charged with assaulting an officer and disorderly conduct.
