@omarecomuk I don't think there's much you can do about high cpm's no? Doesn't the niche that you are in mainly decide the cpm?

I got a DM asking, "If there was one go to framework" for building your quiz funnel, what would it be?
We helped a health brand get their first quiz funnel live a few month ago
A few A/B tests later, it's doing 7 figs pm 💰
It's an incredible go to framework for your first quiz
RT & comment 'BLUEPRINT' I will dm it to you

Easy way to decrease a lot of complexity in your business
This is gonna sound so simple but it makes the day to day so much easier and I don’t know anybody else who really does this
So when you hire roles that usually will have people underneath them (creative strategist, customer service manager etc)
Literally have it so they are fully responsible for the people beneath them, and I don’t just mean managing them
For example, our customer service manager is responsible for hiring new agents, onboarding them, training them and even paying them. I have no contact with the agents, I don’t send money to them etc I just send one payment to my manager and then he is responsible for paying them
If we need new agents or we need to reduce count, he just gives me a heads up to let me know what’s happening
Same with creative strategist. He is responsible for video editors etc, I just pay him and he sorts everyone else out
Like the people underneath these people do not have contact with me, I do zero management.

Every brand owner should run a survey on their website.
Find out why people buy. Find out why they don't.
I know a brand doing €1M/month. They launched a new product, didn't hit like they hoped. Installed a quick survey on the site. Turned out people loved the product but weren't sure how to use it.
Changed the landing page. Changed the ad angle. Boom, profitable ROAS.
Get inside your customer's head. It's the cheapest research you'll ever do.
Recorded a video breaking down our exact survey, the questions, the placement, the insights it gave us.

@benradack Is it a good idea to do 1 ad per ad set while running 4-5 different concepts per day when you’re on low budget? ($100)
English

Here's my standard testing process.
→ One concept per ad set
→ 3-4 variations max per ad set
→ Run each test at least 4 days before making any decisions
→ The top spending ad in the ad set needs to spend 2-3x my average CPA per day before I judge anything
Why 4 days minimum.
Meta's delivery is volatile early. It needs a few days to stablize and optimize
Why the top spender needs 2-3x CPA per day.
You need multiple purchases a day on an ad to "prove it out"
If an ad only gets 1 purchase a day, you don't learn anything. So spending enough every day that you get at least 2-3 purchases means you can "prove" that ad out.

🚨BREAKING: meta officially connected meta ads to claude
the connector went live on april 29, 2026
the URL is mcp.facebook.com/ads
setup takes about 60 seconds
you go to claude settings, add it as a custom connector, authorize via facebook OAuth, and you're in
once connected, claude has full read and write access to your ad account
you can tell it what you're selling and who you're targeting, and it builds the entire campaign structure for you
ad sets, targeting, copy, everything
it can also monitor your pixel health, upload your product catalog, and generate performance reports
29 tools total, all free during beta
this is the workflow agencies charge $3,000 to $5,000 a month for
it's now a one-minute setup inside claude
just created a guide on how to actually connect Meta Ads to Claude step-by-step

$0-$1mil With Ecom - Day 207
I'm excited to get my car within the next few weeks finally lol. Also turning 17 next month, no more 16 year old millionaire so sad. Launched a ton of reiterations for the top spender, launched BOF natives, woke up this morning to a 3 ROAS at 1k daily spend, the moment I bumped budgets ROAS crashed. So might just leave it at 1k daily spend cause my top spender can't handle scale it seems like.
Also question to those doing consistent 30k+ days, what's the difference between an ad that can handle 10k day scale versus 30k+ etc.? God bless.

The best B-roll is currently AI generated.
After $107M+ in managed Meta ad spend, I just broke down how we create it in house for our 7/8-fig clients.
And now, for the next 48 hours I'm giving away our SOPs:
- How to generate B-roll from NOTHING
- Change lighting on b-roll & create before and afters.
- Even change product, position, and location inside.
Want it? Like + Comment "B-roll" and I'll send it over.

$35k–$95k/month brands are scaling with seedance 2.0 ugc
not big creators
not expensive shoots
not long production cycles
just fast, native-looking clips like this
reply to comment format
product in hand
simple explanation on camera
it feels like normal content
not something trying to sell you
that’s why it converts
same script, different faces
same product, different angles
suddenly you have 20+ creatives running
this is where the edge is now
speed over perfection
volume over guessing
rt + comment “seedance” and i’ll send the setup

Honest admission: we still ship from a China warehouse for our brand. Delivery takes 7-9 days.
Do our customers complain about shipping? Not a lot.
Here's why: we don't hide the delivery time. We don't oversell it. What kills brands isn't long shipping, it's customers who have no idea where their order is.
We built a full shipment update flow in Wonderment. Even Skims shows 7 business days at checkout. Nobody really cares if you tell them upfront and keep them updated.
I recorded a full walkthrough of our setup. Willing to share.
