ppl will run BH rebills, have crazy claims on their ads , rip other ppl ads and products then cry innocent when shopify payments gets taken down

hi guys it’s been a month and a couple days, i’ve honestly just been handling back end work and consistently sending multiple emails throughout the day since June 7th (the day my 37k mrr store got raped) to @ShopifySupport begging for the release of my remaining funds since everything was put on holding leaving me with a total of 75k in debt. (due july 18) then @Shopify proceeded to send this, this morning. 😭🥀 even after explaining EVERYTHING and showing proof of EVERYTHING. i have 4 days to make 14k total bc that’s all i need to pay off my debts and i have a 2 schemes to potentially make this happen in 4 days. my main scheme is quick pumps n dumps like the og days and my other scheme i’ll keep it discreet until world cup is done. again im always going to be transparent with you guys. i haven’t done ecom work since june 7th bc i honestly first handled backend stuff for the first week and then i felt burnt out leading me to chill up until now. but till this day i sent emails (i have proof). i wasn’t fully a chud bc i go to the gym daily and rest sundays and i try to pick up my cross daily as well to become a little more like Jesus. but i feel like this helped me build a stronger relationship with our heavenly father who is to come one day Jesus Christ. ily guys and don’t give up ever. one day we’re all gonna be rich. see you guys for day 1 tmr John 13:7 “for you do not know what i’m doing now but later you will thank me”

Day 6 of Building a Real Ecom Brand Wanna share a personal win of mine. I’m not a caffeine addict for more than a month now and energy been pretty solid. No crashes or dependence on caffeine to get the work done. I don’t know if it’s the hella supplements I take or what but I just don’t feel sleepy or drained. Some stuff that also helps is standing while working, putting some music, and actually doing mindful work and being interested in it.

day 206 dropshipping breakthrough advertising finally came in starting today, making a goal to read 10 pages a day. there is 250 pages so it should take under a month to finish it in the meantime still looking through the course modules and doing product / market research

@omarecomuk @PhantomStays done something similar for a client and the most optimised approach is a duplicate shopify setup with the new US LLC, unfortunately there’s no workaround with switching the existing one

Chatted with a NL🇳🇱 born ecom founder who, along with his brother, is scaling a dropshipping brand to $15m/year. He's literally packing his bags to move to Bali right now. but tbh, His setup is trash (to put it nicely). They're processing $15m/year through a UK LTD (?) registered in their father's name, a workaround from a Shopify Payments ban, which is pointless considering a majority of their revenue is US based. Layer on top of that a messy web of UK and Hong Kong entities bleeding them dry on cross-border processing and transaction fees. And because their personal tax residency is still in the Netherlands? They're handing over hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes for every $1m in profit. Running a 8fig biz through someone else's entity while living in the wrong country. Wild. Here's the 3 Phantom Pillar overhaul we're building: 🔥 Pillar 1: Biz and processing setup. Ditch the UK LTD, form a clean US LLC immediately. This becomes the operational nerve center for the business. As a pass-through entity, it eliminates unnecessary cross-border fees, gets them onto stable US banking via Slash or Chase, and most importantly, removes the single biggest legal risk in the whole operation. No more processing millions through dad's company. 🔥 Pillar 2: Personal Tax setup. Formally exit the Netherlands tax system. We're connecting them with the Phantom community tax attorney to make the Dubai residency shift official. Because the US LLC is a pass-through entity, all biz profits flow directly to a UAE resident. UAE has 0% personal income tax. That $300k+ they're currently giving away on every $1M in profit? Gone. Legally, cleanly, permanently. 🔥 Pillar 3: Wealth generation structure. Park all profits into a Panama Foundation or similar so their net worth can grow tax free away from the prying eyes of governements. Not too focused on this yet until the first 2 pillars are complete, but worth nothing for the future. Then of course, we are going to Fast-track the US credit stack without waiting 8-12 months to build an ITIN credit score. The move here is a $100,000 Chase bank deposit, which triggers a relationship banking path and bypasses the standard underwriting process entirely. Within 2-3 months, that unlocks access to the Chase Biz Sapphire Reserve (3x unlimited points on ad spend, $800 annual travel credit, 1,500+ airport lounges) and Amex Business Gold (4x on ads). With the volume they're spending, the points compounding on that stack alone is going to be enormous. The beauty of this is how it all fits together. The LLC cleans up the operations and banking. The banking relationship unlocks the credit stack. The Dubai residency makes the entire profit picture tax-free because of how the LLC flows income through. The clean 0% income will then rest inside a foundation to grow like beast. By the time they arrive in Bali, the structure underneath them will be completely bulletproof. The only taxes they'll owe are exactly $0. Most founders at this revenue level think the hard part is growing the business. It's not. It's keeping what you built. If ur running serious volume and your entity setup, tax residency, or credit stack hasn't kept pace with your revenue, we should talk.

This is not true, it takes 5 minutes to switch over your foreign Shopify Payments to US Shopify Payments when using a US LLC

Omar@omarecomuk

@PhantomStays bro the biggest obstacle here is switching shopify from uk ltd to us llc, it is not that simple , you have to desactivate ur UK SP, switch us llc, apply for US SP, takes up to 7 days , then you get payout hold up to 21 days for new US SP account what is the workaround to this ?

@omarecomuk i’d first do a blood test and then have AI + a nutritionist tell me what I’m lacking. because it’s different for all people. vitamin d, omega 3, zinc is a classic stack I think. but for the best results it’s blood test + feedback from a trusted source

Just got off a call with two UK 🇬🇧 ecom founders doing £2.5m/yr, spending £100k/mo on ads, and netting ~£20k/mo. 3PL in China. They're pushing hard into the US market - eyes seeing dollar signs 🤑 Main issue sand why they called me - every pound of that ad spend is running through UK cards on UK rails. Weak multipliers. Lower limits. And as their profits climb toward £50k a month, a brutal UK tax bill waiting for them on the other side. They're building something serious while leaving a ridiculous amount on the table. Here's the plan we mapped out: The core move is standing up a US LLC that sits above their existing UK limited companies. Once revenue flows through the US entity, they unlock the entire US banking and credit system. Better cards, bigger limits, and the infrastructure that actually matches where this business is going. The immediate steps: ✅ File for an ITIN, about 8 weeks to process ✅ Register the LLC in Wyoming, 3 to 4 weeks, remote ✅ Get a verifiable US residential address, EIN, and business bank account set up (fintech like Slash works for remote onboarding) Once that's in place: 🔥 Apply for the US Amex Business Gold and route their entire £100k monthly ad spend through it at 4x points on online ad categories (Meta, Google, etc.). At that volume, that's a serious stack of Membership Rewards points every single month, enough to fund first-class travel and luxury hotels. This is 5x better than the earnings potential of a UK amex card btw. 🔥 As payment history builds, the Amex Business Gold's flexible spending limit scales with usage. Meaning they can leverage other people's money to push ad spend harder without choking their working capital 🔥 On the tax side, we're not forcing a full relocation yet. That conversation makes sense when profits hit £30k to £50k per month, where the savings actually outweigh the lifestyle disruption. For now the structure just needs to exist and be ready. Trust, you don't want to have a UK ltd being your cash flow structure for when you are ready to leave the UK tax net. This is what "building for scale" actually looks like. Not just grinding revenue, but making sure the infrastructure can hold it. Most founders in their position are so locked into what's familiar that they don't realize the UK setup is quietly eating their upside at every level. Credit system, rewards, tax exposure, global banking credibility. It's all connected. If ur running real volume through UK or non-US rails and haven't looked at what a US entity could unlock, the gap between where you are and where you could be is probably bigger than you think.

Day 3 of Building a Real Ecom Brand CVR been falling down a bit these days. We’re making a few strategic changes with our backend so it’s not really a big deal. Right now I’m focused on cracking new winners, that’s it. I no longer have to edit videos by myself so that’s hella time I can use for cooking up ads and learning. Already feeling the new winners incubating in my head right now… Back to building🫡

Set up a comment keyword filter on your ad account from day 1. Because your ad comments are real-time social proof. A new buyer reads them before they decide, and a few toxic comments at the top can kill an ad that was converting fine. So you don't sit there refreshing and deleting all day. Instead, set up a keyword list that auto-hides comments containing certain words the moment they're posted. And you hide, you don't delete. A hidden comment still shows to the person who wrote it and to their friends, so they have no idea it's been hidden and don't double down. Everyone else just never sees it. And what you want running from day 1 are usually: 1) Profanity and the usual slurs, so nothing crude sits under your ad. 2) Scam accusations, words like "scam," "fake," "fraud," that scare off buyers on sight. 3) Price complaints, "too expensive," "cheaper on," that drag the conversation toward discounts. 4) Competitor names, so rivals can't sit in your comments siphoning your traffic. You build the list once in the account settings, and it filters every comment across every ad automatically, forever. This is a super easy thing to do and it literally stops the handful of toxic comments that cook your conversions. Set it up now and let it run.
