@Superdry I had placed an order on your India website on 1st Dec whose delivery was estimated 5th Dec, but till now the item shows "Not picked up" on your logistics partner Delhivery' portal. Not receiving responses from your India team over email too. How can we sort this

@HS_Woodland @Woodland sorry to say that neither u as a brand nor ur logistics partner @delhivery have any responsibility towards ur customers. I placed an order on 2nd Oct, 1st it was Woodland who delayed and then ur logistics partner. The prod is at Thane but yet no delivery.

@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal the price of the dish is 110 on Zomato and when I have raised a complaint that the order was missing you are offering Rs. 90 coupon. I need refund of the price of the dish on Zomato I paid for that is Rs. 110 + applicable taxes.
