@ChristianForTX I agree that AI is here to stay and is tremendously transformative. That doesn’t mean that the race to build data centers hasn’t created an enormous bubble. Think dot com bust only on a much larger scale. Much carnage, few survivors.

Data centers have been around for decades. They power everything related to computers, including my reply to you on X.
AI may experience a market correction, but that doesn't mean the underlying technology won't comtimue to reshape the world. AI has already been permanently adopted by millions of Americans for work and everyday tasks. If there's a bubble, it's in some valuations—not in the growing use and need for the technology itself.
