@united lots of confusion during boarding for flight UA1724 from Kona on Dec 26. The staff decided to board based on rows instead of boarding groups. Why have these groups if boarding can happen in any order? Do your staff need better training? Can you please look into this?

Happened again @SouthwestAir our rebooked flight also got cancelled. We were notified 2 hours before our scheduled flight. Not sure why only @SouthwestAir flights are getting cancelled. Not flying @SouthwestAir again.

@SouthwestAir it’s so hard and expensive to find stay and rental during holiday season and you don’t even compensate us for extended stay. Can you explain why the flight WN2449 was cancelld today hours before the scheduled departure? And why isn’t this ground for reimbursement?

Hey @SouthwestAir our flight was cancelled and we were even notified by email/call. Also no one in customer service picks up the phone. Also how come flights to San Jose, CA from Kona, HI are getting cancelled? Last I checked the winter storm isn’t affecting travel on this route.
