Worst service from @SamsungIndia? Never experienced before. One random guy comes for AC installation with no ID card/uniform.Completes installation process under some other person name.Gives false information and warranty void warning and makes me install extra items
@PristynCare@PristynCaredesk@PristynC Dissapointed with service. The standard what sets on website do not meet in reality. On surgery day my drop off didn't happen I had to book my cab at 10Pm in night. Post surgery consultation which is claimed to be Free was actually charged
@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobileUS Worst of your customer support. Since October when I got installed my AC I'm facing issue. Wrong information, non certified person comes and installs. Horizontal swing makes noise. Agent do not turn up. Support personnel pure negligence. Pathetic
@SamsungIndia I have shared the details directly on DM. It's really sad that your team do not follow up on feedback when not received. But I have to follow up just to raise the concern and complaint. Don't feel like recommending. Refrigerator team is better than AC in this.

These days Flipkart service is worst. Orders are getting delayed by 2-3days. They charge extra for platform and other fee but poor service. And agent just exit chat like that @Flipkart@flipkartsupport@_Kalyan_K Very annoying. Way of looting money?
Wonderful strategy by the e-commerce giant @Flipkart . Delayed the order. Make customer wait for days. Keep sending standard replies. And Make customer cancel order by their side and send msg as "canceled per your request" @flipkartsupport waw... waw!!
Received a msg that within 12hrs the order will be delivered. Asked consent. But even after this you @flipkartsupport@Flipkart failed to meet the timeline. Such a worst service

@bookingcom I have an update! I received the refund now. It’s sad to know that none of the executive/finance do progress, help any further to ARN or tell the reason for delay. I see as the “bulk posting” so I think every month in certain date/period the money will be processed.Tx
