@Mango I have requested a return but never received an email with a QR code. This happens every time. I tried contacting you via web form, WhatsApp and web chat and I keep getting unhelpful automated responses. How do I rectify this? Your customer service is terrible!

@SamsungUK after two calls with your customer service team I can confirm that you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company, ever. It’s clear the tactic from Samsung is to delay sending out an engineer at all costs - appalling.

@The_JamesJordan Any patient calling a GP surgery should be treated with compassion & respect - anything else is totally unacceptable. But writing “maybe the clapping went to their heads” is a really rubbish general statement to make about already overworked staff in the primary care system.

Such a shame some people that work in doctors surgeries can let the NHS down No need to be so rude & condescending to people especially when trying to speak about a 2 year old. Why make people feel bad for calling for valid reasons Maybe all that clapping went to their heads

@WeAreOpenreach meaning we now have to cancel yet ANOTHER ORDER to put a new one through, presumably for OpenReach to just come and mess the job up again. It’s so frustrating we can’t just speak to someone to make sure this doesn’t keep happening! (2/2)

@WeAreOpenreach After our internet being delayed 16 weeks because of constant OpenReach errors - the engineer finally showed up (after not showing 2 days ago) and turns out OpenReach have made the same error yet again and plugged us into the wrong port. (1/2)

@Plusnet I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks for internet now, an engineer was supposed to come today but nobody turned up. You keep blaming @WeAreOpenreach (who admittedly are totally useless) but my contract is with you, and no real progress. A complete shambles all in all.
