Over 2 months after I thought it was sorted, they've told me there's a £200 shortfall. Why has this taken so long to tell me this? 😡
They've provided no details on how to pay it meaning I have to contact them again, the thought of which fills me with cold dread 😭

Someone finally answered the phone at @HelpToBuy! 😭 Yesterday lunchtime I got through and the person I spoke to was so helpful and I should be able to complete on time now. The fact it was so difficult and so stressful to talk to someone though is disgracful.

@TheGodfatherUk @helptobuy I did eventually get a reply saying they needed something else which I responded to but haven't had a reply to my response! No response to any complaint emails or DMs either.
I have sorted everything out because they miraculously answered the phone on my 30-something attempt!

@helptobuy But *why* is there a 1 hour hold time? Surely a longer hold time would mean people actually moved up the queue and got through to someone rather than starting all over again?! I've been on hold for a total of 30 hours and no one has answered! 😡

I can't complete my new mortgage deal without a redemption statement from @HelpToBuy and I need to complete by 1st August I'll end up on standard variable rate and have to pay help to buy interest payments. All because they won't answer the phone 🤬

Still no joy getting through to @HelpToBuy. Up to 30 hours on hold now. No response to an email I sent 4 weeks ago despite them saying they respond within 10 days. Absolute shambles.
