@TLRailUK hi there do you know what the issue is with 700032? About 2/3rds of the carriages are out of action but it’s still operational and people end up having to run to board lower down the train.

@TLRailUK on the 23:16 BFR - SEV service the doors will not open sign is permanently on and is an issue throughout the whole train. Carriage 403051 for ref. Please can you get this fixed?

@TLRailUK hi there 19:46 BFR - SEV today is not loading the next stations on the display. Carriage 410018 for reference. Please can you get this fixed? Thanks

@CoyModemKnight Thank you for clarifying for us. Very frustrating that this had such an impact on the service last weekend.

@acinderellaline In fact, the reduction in Thameslink service is due to a problem with the crew messing facilities at Blackfriars, meaninng that rostered breaks can't be taken there.

@TLRailUK Thanks Amy. Do you know why this is? All of the trains are the same rolling stock on the route so it seems odd that some can run to Blackfriars and others can’t?

@acinderellaline Hi there, we are sorry about the cancellations on this route. A reduced service is operating due to a fault with some platform equipment meaning not all trains will be able to run to London Blackfriars. I will certainly feedback your comments to our team in Control ^Amy

@TLRailUK hi there why is it that every other train between Sevenoaks and Blackfriars is cancelled today? This puts the service down to just one an hour which isn’t enough to meet passenger demand.

lighting on the left is perfect temp for a train. lighting on the right is perfect temperature for a dentist. please get rid @ thameslink

@TLRailUK hi there. On the 17:46 BFR - SEV service the door opening indicators are faulty (showing the doors won’t open when you can see they do) carriage number 412016. Please can you escalate to be fixed. Thank you

@TLRailUK Thanks Will, yes seems to be the whole train from what can be seen. Also can confirm it’s happening at all stations not just the one shown in the photo.

@TLRailUK hi there do you know when the escalator at Blackfriars north side platforms 2-4 will be fixed please? It’s been out of action for weeks now.

@TLRailUK No it seemed to be happening at most stations on the journey I think.

@TLRailUK hi there there appears to be a fault in carriage 403015 showing that doors won’t open but they are. This is on the 08:08 CFT - WGC service. Can you get this fixed please?

. @TLRailUK this is the only ticket machine at Crofton Park and it’s out of service. Can you fix asap please?

@TLRailUK do you know when the Oyster card readers will be fixed at Crofton Park please? Three of them have no power (two on platform 2 and one on platform 1) which means people can’t properly tap in and out.
