The Deltafication of United is complete and they are now surging ahead by offering a better passenger experience. Their operation is still terrible in comparison to Delta especially in NYC (EWR 👀) but this should be warning to Delta to step it up.

Wow, @united is offering the ability for pax who are delayed or canceled flights to get rebooked in the app (not new), but now to have an alert set if an earlier flight opens up. This is invaluable. It’s why I use @ExpertFlyer on AA, but UA is now bringing this feature in house.

@rfkenmore Great for browsing. Not many streaming apps but it’s fine via browser. Feels a bit cheap compared to a MBP but it is cheap compared to a top of the line laptop. Overall I vote yes.
