You are letting your drivers scam people. If they show up finally with seconds left on the clock while NYC has these icy streets someone will slip and fall. Will get a lawsuit? Or will NYC switch apps first?

Because she had tried to book rides three times and the app believed she had missed three rides in a row and there was no way to report what these drivers were doing, the app banned her from booking another ride. Of course she was also charged for each missed ride. (continued)

Hey @lyft drivers are abusing 4 mins in NYC. I'm standing in the cold & some aren't there. One said "arrived" & was very lost & wouldn't listen to directions on the 📱, pulled into a parking lot, turned lights off to hide till clock ran out. No app way to report.
