@goodalexander @jxnlco Skills improve task success. They are not useless. You just need the right skill and the right for the job and the invocation skill to activate it. Once it’s set it’s simple.

If you're using Codex, you might not know about this repo `openai/skills` if codex is open right now just ask codex `take a look at skills installer, what are some skills I should install` and it'll know how to scan this repo for skills and install the ones you need

For Paperclip, we're moving away from "zero human companies" and moving towards "the app people use to manage agents at work" 📎📎📎

@dotta Love it. Could you address knowledge sharing across the company as well? Claude plugin marketplace is a nightmare. Would love a way to share skills and MCP servers to non technical folks in the team

@cynthiamcgillis at Boostly it's split between sales and CS (cowork/skills marketplace) and anyone even slightly technical (github)

How are y'all handling company-wide skills? Putting them in a repo? Does that work for Cowork and less technical teams? I feel like there has to be a better way to organize these.

@sidharthkmenon @cynthiamcgillis Might be just bc I work in marketing, but most of the skills I create just get synced to Claude, so it'd a lot of steps to also commit it. Then when you change it in Claude or improve it, you'd have to always remember to re-push to gh.

Wanted to open a bank account in Portugal: > Had to go physically to the bank, the person working there was pissed I walked in cause she was going on coffee break. > Had to provide ID, NIF, rent contract, job contract, 250 euro wait 7 days. > Walked out.
Ricardo Marques@RCM7

Traditional banking in Portugal is so bad that Revolut is about to become the largest bank in the country. This is not surprising at all and very welcome. Maybe it will be a wake up call for existing players
