@klarkus @jasongoepfert For stocks, if anyone pulls back data center spending and expectations, prices may fall hurting ability to cross capitalize.
English

@EmoryExplorer Skimming mostly; I stick to just a few big picture reports. Have noticed a couple where it seems they want to have a bullish bias. Their learn to use backrest engine options are helpful
English

@adamestero yeah feels more like noise than signal lately, are you still finding any edge in those updates or just skimming now?
English

@metapgmr @BobEUnlimited Meta made a mistake of questioning if it’s going to keep up the pace of datactr investment….beat on earnings and beat on revenues; down 10% in a day. THATS what to watch for, sooo much ‘we’re going to spend a trillion$’ pumping it all; while capitalizing expenses
English

@adamestero @BobEUnlimited I mean what kind of price action is this? (MSFT) With so much spending, virtually no product, no customer and half the world demicrosiftizing? After living though 1999, 2008, 2020, 2022, 2025 and now 2026, I learned one thing, get out of the way at the first sign of a crisis.

English

@claudiaBLG73 @jonbrooks It really is already here. Jobs are lower paying in general and to buy a place on those wages you’re looking at an hour commute so there’s gas and wear and tear.
Similar to CA, if you sell and leave to TN or NC, you can’t get back in/on the escalator without paying up.
English

@jonbrooks lol. California is just ahead of the curve… Florida, Texas next. (For all the California haters) I will enjoy reading about Florida “affordability” issues and fallout in the years ahead.
English

@jonbrooks This is true but also true is the wealthiest people from all over the world have a slice of South Florida which is the primary reason why real estate is so unaffordable down here. So many of us have neighbors who are not Americans and it seems unfair.
English

@ChrisCillizza @TheRealFosh Yes they think they’d only the top 10% that are watching

This "EVERYTHING IS ACTUALLY GREAT" messaging on the economy is beyond dumb.
It doesn't comport with peoples' lived reality.
And it makes the GOP look deeply out of touch.
Aaron Rupar@atrupar
Sen. Tim Scott: "We have a very healthy economy because of President Trump. We have to look back at the Biden years. The great news is President Trump has pulled a miracle."
English

@TheRealFosh @jonbrooks THIS price area is the slowest. Very few ‘move up’ buyers as they are stuck in the units they bought in 19/20/21. Also no one wants stairs it seems.
English

@jonbrooks I want to know who's going to buy all these $750k 3000 sq ft, 5bed 4 bath houses popping up like rabbits during mating season.
They're too expensive for young, too big for seniors & nothing special for the wealthy.
It's not just inventory, it's the price & size!
English

@jonbrooks There’s also very very ample amount of empty second homes. Plenty of units, but a lot of people need to live in two homes.

@metapgmr @BobEUnlimited Selling /cl and buying /es only works for a bit. Mkt irrationality vs solvency perhaps
English

@BobEUnlimited Let's all agree that the plunge. Protection team is working preemptively to make the news appear all bad. What 1 B barils missing when markets are at ATH? This is Feb 2020 all over.
English

@BobEUnlimited “Investors” can only pay attention to one thing at a time! Today’s its ’earnings climb 20%” without realizing a very very substantial part of this is going to like 10companies. Give it another two weeks and then we’ll talk about inflation as summer driving season starts 5/31.

@realDonaldTrump NO DONALD the term 86 that originated in the 1930's Soda fountain days..was a term taken up by restaurants to mean ..OFF the MENU , SOLD out ..No long available - AND if you were a miserable customer ..they would 86 your ass out the door ..No killing involved.

A review by WAPO found that Allen did not fire his gun, despite the DOJ charging him with doing so. That would also mean that the secret service agent who was struck, and is fortunately okay, was hit by friendly fire.
I gifted this so you can read it.

@MebFaber 2% is a downright bargain compared to this purposefully obfuscated highway robbery:
x.com/BobEUnlimited/…
Bob Elliott@BobEUnlimited
It takes a special kind of grifter to only show a 2.5% management fee on your product site but then slip in >700bps of fees on page 10 of the latest semi-annual report. @sohailprasad the @SECGov may be overlooking your fraud with $DXYZ, but I haven't forgotten.

@MishGEA @tyillc @jlounsbury59 @USRoute41 @mtmalinen @jimiuorio @JonFraserTF @GratkeWealth @grok @dgsommersmkts My guess is .2%, due to gdp deflator/inflation
