Can you tell me why heavy never works for me even thought I paid 4800 AUD for 12 months. I have tried to contact your teams and all I get is zero response - I mean seriously why is it that the single most important feature always times out. I thought the idea was that buying your top plan and paying 12 months upfront sort of guarantees performance. Instead I get next to zero use out of heavy and images and video haw your logo . Images I can handle but the video feature is now useless. Please tell me that I will get some time to use your product as it was promised and sold.
