Constitution Hill 💫 It’s rare to say but I don’t think you can tell someone they are right or wrong to back Constitution Hill tomorrow. I’ve seen many people incredibly bullish he wins and others incredibly bullish that he won’t. You may feel foolish if you back him and he pulls up. You may feel foolish if you don’t and he bolts up. He is rated 15lb superior, his form destroying Epatante, Jonbon, State Man etc is far stronger than anything Lossie has achieved. He’s a course and distance winner, 8/8 hurdle winner. His RPRs in open company: 174, 175, 177, 167, 158. Lossiemouth in open company RPRs 151, 156, 150, 151 (can add +7lb to those for her Mares allowance) beating Love Envoi, Tellmesomethinggirl, Gala Marceau and Teahupoo (decent horse to be fair but over inadequate trip on fast ground). Clearly the real question mark is which horse turns up and will he return at the form of any of those hurdle runs, of which absolutely know one knows. Not even Nico/Hendo will know until they push buttons tomorrow 🤷‍♂️❓ So whilst I don’t think you can argue with anyone betting in either direction. You could also just watch the best two miler in recent history in the hope that for the sport he returns back to his best. For me, another night to sleep on it but cannot wait for tomorrow. Proper horse race, let’s hope the pair put on a show 🧨
