Painful saga continues Day 5: @Delta has pointed me to @British_Airways and BA doesn’t respond #WhereIsMyBag . Delta reroute me with its flight cancellations and now doesn’t want to take the responsibility of baggage which didn’t make it.

@Delta You rerouted me via LA- London-Bangalore via three different airlines and promised me my bag would be in the same route. It’s been 4 days and no clue where my bag is. BA shows different tracking detail vs your site. Where is my baggage?

@Delta we are more then 200 people stranded at SLC due to engine issue of the aircraft. Neither your app nor your executive are able to help. Can someone help
