@WFRising @AddlCPTraffic the newly opened Kundanhalli underpass used as parking lots in the night by cabs, buses and trucks. By the time photo was taken 1 row of cars disappeared, or else it is 3 rows, to take a turn one needs to go in the middle of the flyover
