@UberEats Got a response - worse than the experience- I placed an order for which they failed to deliver - after over an hour of trying- Now attempting to charge me $41 for the rotten luck of using them - Ughh! This can’t be right

@UberEats does anyone know where I can contact Uber eats and talk to a person. They have an app which blatantly ripped me off for $41 when the restaurant could not deliver. This is ridiculous. Does anyone know a human contact ?

@UberEats Complete and total fail Wow! Just got blatantly ripped off for $41- Ordered - couldn’t be delivered - 45 min postponed- offered to p/u - another 45 mins - at the very best I could pick up a delivery order 2 hrs from the time of order - only cost $41 to get no food

@MetMarket Do you care at all? I have a really serious issue - I would like to talk to somebody about as a customer to a merchant. This location has let employees go Mad Max on customers. Express every hostility that’s on the top of mind .. direct their rage at customers.

@MetMarket Broiled this from Uptown location tonight - yum! Hard getting it out of the store - minor customer svc need - mgr went Ditka on me. Still great food choices - wretched understanding of customer service causing dollar store vibe - were it me, I would be ashamed
