If they didn’t give us a free and fair election come 2027, the ADC will form a parallel government.

Fellow Nigerians, I am genuinely curious: What exactly have the Yoruba gained from a Yoruba presidency? We are all miserable.

“I am a king in South East Nigeria and I have the right to transfer my kingship to South Africa because I lived there before becoming a king. Yoruba people are the ones causing problems in Ghana and now in South Africa” — an Igbo man An Igbo man seen wearing a crown claims his kingship can be moved to South Africa due to prior residence there, while blaming Yoruba communities for unrest among Nigerians in Ghana and South Africa, stirring debate over ethnic tensions abroad.

@SimphiweSimpra5 @TheYorubaTimes The only solution is to deport whoever continues to talk about Igbo kingship in South Africa. These people have realized how weak our govt is & they will continue pushing.

The Anambra they claim Peter Obi didn’t build, Obi defeated Tinubu there, The Lagos they claim Tinubu built, Obi defeated Tinubu there, The Abuja they claim Peter Obi wasn’t known, Obi defeated Tinubu there. Whenever Tinubu & brothers remembers that this is a shame they will take to their graves, they feel like strangling Obi death. Peter Obi isn’t their mate!

June 12 was one of the most fraudulent elections in Nigeria but NADECO fraudsters painted it as the best as they control the media then. Thank God now for social media no one will give us same narrative down our throats. Their media weapons were Concord, Tribune,Tell, the News etc

SECURITY ALERT: SENIOR AL-SHABAAB COMMANDER CAPTURED IN JOINT OPERATION: In a significant blow to the insurgency, a high value Al-Shabaab commander identified as Salaad Macalin Cusmaan Cabdiyow, also known as Salaad Dheere, was captured during a joint counterterrorism operation in the Lower Shabelle region. The mission, executed by the elite Gorgor Commandos of the Somali National Army in coordination with partner forces, took place in Soo Maray village near Mubaarak. A veteran leader since 2016, Salaad Dheere was a senior field commander responsible for orchestrating complex attacks against SNA and African Union bases. His capture disrupts a major command and control node that facilitated terror operations across multiple rural settlements and the strategic corridors leading to the Banaadir region.

These are some of the prominent victims of General Sani Abacha between 1993 till 1998. The killings and attacks were allegedly done by the 'Strike Force' or 'BGs', under Maj. Hamza El Mustapha. 1. Chief M.K.O. Abiola – Imprisoned, then killed in detention in 1998 2. General Shehu Musa Yar'Adua: Imprisoned and died in 1997 after being given a lethal injection 3. Kudirat Abiola: The wife of Chief M.K.O. Abiola, shot and killed in Lagos in 1996 4. Ken Saro-Wiwa and Ogoni Nine (Saturday Dobee, Nordu Eawo, Daniel Gbooko, Paul Levera, Felix Nuate, Baribor Bera, Barinem Kiobel & John Kpuinen), executed by hanging in 1995 5. Chief Alfred Rewane: A prominent financier of NADECO, murdered in his home in Lagos in 1995 6. Rear Admiral Babatunde Elegbede: Shot and killed in Lagos in 1994 7. Admiral Emmanuel Olu Omotehinwa: Shot and killed in his home in 1996 8. Chief (Mrs) Bisoye Tejuoso: Murdered in Abeokuta in 1996 9. Alhaja Suliat Adedeji: Killed at her residence in Ibadan in 1996 10. Toyin Onagoruwa: Lawyer & son of sacked Minister of Justice, Dr Olu Onagoruwa, killed in 1996 11. Dr Sola Omatsola: Head of Security; killed in a bomb blast at Murtala Muhammad Airport in 1997 12. Tunde Oladepo: Bureau Chief of The Guardian in Ogun State, shot at home in 1998 13. General Oladipo Diya: Targeted with bomb blast; later imprisoned 14. Alex Ibru (publisher of The Guardian): Shot in the eye in 1996 15. Chief Abraham Adesanya: Relied on 'Yoruba Science' & somehow survived a drive-by shooting in 1997. Is this the man you are claiming will be remembered as more democratic and more respectful of human rights than NADECO activists? It is okay to disagree with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's politics but to try to rewrite our history is really unfortunate.
Peter Obi@PeterObi

Yesterday defenders of democracy, today's destroyers, What a shame. What an irony of history, that the acclaimed defenders of democracy and human rights who claimed to have fought for democracy during the era of General Sani Abacha now find themselves worse than the man they opposed. Today, General Sani Abacha, once presumed face of oppression, will be remembered as seemingly more democratic and more respectful of human rights than the so-called champions of activism from the NADECO days. Power indeed reveals character. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@PeterObi Who 'claimed' you say? You're worse form. No wonder you're floating around. Yesterday, you were with Abacha, today..you were with Malami. If Anini is still here, may be you would have qualify him as a saint than Abiola. You can never be President.
