@ouraring compliments on the build quality of the Gen3 ring! My black stealth is still without any scratch after a month of use. With the Gen2 it was scratched within days of wearing.. great improvement!

It went away by itself without any actions from my side, then came back very very briefly and now went away again. For now all works.
I've opened a ticket with Travis support, waiting for reply still.
Hopefully it'll get resolved for you soon.
