I'VE BEEN BANNED FROM TESCO Yesterday I was at my local Tesco store buying a large bag of My Dogs,dog food for my loyal pet and was in the checkout queue when a woman behind me asked if I had a dog. What did she think I had - an elephant? So, since I was in a funny mood and have little to do, on impulse I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, I was starting the Dog Diet again. I added that I probably shouldn't, because I ended up in hospital last time, but I'd lost 10 kilograms before I woke up in intensive care with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms. I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pockets with My Dog nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. The food is nutritionally complete so it works well and I was going to try it again. (I have to mention here that practically everyone in queue was now enthralled with my story.) Horrified, she asked me if I ended up in intensive care because the dog food poisoned me. I told her no, I stepped off the kerb to sniff a labradors rear end and a car hit me.

Never have I thought I have to share my whole experiences to a world , where only a small percentages cared who truly are wonderful souls that care. It’s our demand to speak up and tell the truth of what has happened to us before they will re write history. And then this, which sounds simple and is actually one of the most demanding practices available. Life is as beautiful as your perspective. Not your circumstances. Your perspective on your circumstances. The same room, the same body, the same morning can be experienced as prison or as sanctuary depending entirely on what the mind brings to it. I have tested this in conditions that most people will not encounter. And it is true. Not as comfort as lived reality. A negative mind will never give you a positive life. Not because positivity is a performance to be maintained regardless of what is real. But because the lens through which you see determines what you are able to find and a mind set permanently toward what is wrong, what is missing, what has been taken, will find exactly that and nothing else. And finally, the one I hold most personally. You can come back from anything. I do not say this lightly. I say it from inside a five year fight that has taken more than most people will ever be asked to give. Mindset is important. It is the foundation of everything else. Dismiss the haters and the false prophets. The Power of the Mind.
