Confusion and bad after service by @EaseMyTrip . Simple cancellation process cannot be handled by them. No proper clarification given for the same despite Airline having done the needful. They are declining to offer refund and blaming it on Airline @airindia which is incorrect.

Very sad to see the poor and ill coordinated response by @clubmahindra to a query raised since over 3 mnths. No proper response or solution given yet despite multiple emails and calls. Only multiple case numbers assigned . Very bad customer service for an old purple season member
