Took domestic LPG connection and also an additional cylinder from distributor. When trying to book refill, can’t add my LPG ID on app due to technical error.The support page asks to add LPG ID first to raise a complaint,so there’s no way forward.Very disappointing.

Order placed & confirmed on 14 Nov, expected by 24 Nov.
Emailed on 25 Nov for an update — no response till now.
Extremely disappointing service.
Will go ahead and file a complaint on consumer forum now.

@Airtel_Presence The person was supposed to come today to fix the issue. Still nothing and no one is taking calls. This is frustrating and causing issues in the work life. Airtel should take customers complaint seriously or payback loss that is incurred due to this unavailable service.
