@StoneAlun @hjwakerley There’s always a but. I’m not saying he’s right, I’m just articulating why he doesn’t drive in the left lane. He happens to mainly use the M23 as that’s where he lives and being 76 he realises he has slower reactions now. I didn’t want a massive fucking debate about it. Jog on.

@adrianfh @hjwakerley But that's a relatively small number, <250 miles in the whole of the UK. The M23 is just 2 junctions I believe, and they're almost entirely 4 lane motorways, so that would still place him in the 2nd lane.

That makes no sense, the hard shoulder and the left hand lane are not the same, I could understand if he refuses to use the hard shoulder, when it's opened for use, but refusing to use the left lane because the hard shoulder is in use puts him in the 3rd lane, like this idiot in the Audi.

I was getting bored with Calypso Red - and as you may know I’m not a fan of colourful sports cars - so over the winter I had the Esprit repainted Monaco White. Just need to apply the racing stripes over the top now.
