On Linux forums I, a woman, would get ignored and disrespected. These days I ask my question, then switch to a fake account to give a completely wrong answer, then switch back again to thank them and praise their Linux knowledge. The experts show up right away. Sorted.

Poor service @SW_Help 2S97 WiFi refuses connection, ask guard “well it worked earlier - try sitting in the other coach”… why should I have to move, I see the network it just won’t connect. It’s also only a 2 car train. He’s just to lazy to even try rebooting it

Terrible from @PizzaExpress Epping ! Book in 30kids from my child’s school for pizza making for them to turn up and be told they forgot about the booking and cannot do it ! 30 upset kids sitting in the restaurant with nothing to do and given a few pizzas to take away ! Disgusting

Hi @SW_Help Here we go with train formations again. How many coaches should the 0627 BSK-WAT be? Used to be 5, appears to be 4 today but journey check doesn’t list it in the Formations section. This train is packed already, 4 coaches is not enough!

@SW_Help The problem is, a passengers contract is with SWR, not a signaller, Network rail or anyone else - and the daily issues on your network, making my journey 280% longer are poorly communicated and managed, leaving 1000’s of people to unpick your operational issues themselves.

Hi Kris, you are misunderstanding the situation completely. A signaller is in control of the pathway of trains, if they choose to hold an SWR train for another TOC, it is their discretion as they are looking after the wider picture. @SW_Help The really stupid thing is that train was literally miles behind us - it wasn’t even at Southampton Central, I’d understand if it was right up behind us - but we had to wait ages for it to catch us, absolutely unbelievable
