Especially if you look at how some of the Dem candidates that claim to be progressive are taking money (in @Alyia4ALX case it was a huge amount) from a donor that almost exclusively gives to MAGA Republicans. He sits on the board of Blackstone Group so a big developer

@justindotnet @adrienAK @GOVERNING What's laughable about this is that city council is much more conservative than it pretends to be. Pro housing, eco-city, vision zero, it's all talk with zero action. Even entertaining Youngkin's vanity project is further evidence that ALX is not actually progressive.
