@AdamMeakins NSLBP is a specific diagnosis...it's specifically non specific, so doing specific treatments for something that's non specific is a bit daft, so a wide range of non specific (to the ailment) treatment is possibly more useful.

Don’t let anyone tell you that non specific low back pain is an unskilled or lazy diagnosis! Its actually a diagnosis that reflects a large body of evidence on the poor reliability of all clinicians to identify a singular structural source as the cause of low back pain symptoms!
