Can’t sleep. So headed to the gym. Gotta be honest… well, because I always am… the last 6 years, this shit has made me care more about people and less about how people see me. I mean let’s be honest, the more you stand the more those same people (demons) can’t get you out of their mind. The more you expose, the more you speak, the more angry and afraid they become. In 6 years I have been called every word in the book. Every word. Racist, liar, homophobe, anti s mite… defined by zeros that never accomplished a thing in their miserable lives… and yet, I’ve proven I can do what these clowns can never do. Stand up. Show up. Fight for something greater than myself. So if you are discouraged, frustrated or simply tired and you too can’t sleep, I’m going to give you this… it’s okay. You are not alone and yet embrace every punch, every attack, every insult and every lie they tell… because in the end, God gave you courage and character and he gave them a beat stick collectively to make you better. You win… they lose. The devil always loses, eventually. But God.

I am still here fighting from inside these walls. The appeals court ruled my sentencing violated my first amendment rights but I remain locked up. My only crime was protecting records so future generations could trust elections. If we do not get rid of the machines we will lose our country. We figured out that dad has a psych med induced neurological injury, and has been suffering from akathisia. It’s been 6 years since any psych medications. Last summer his symptoms started, after a flare up likely induced by mold (CIRS) and stress. It was complicated by pneumonia and associated sepsis a month later. It’s been horrible. Neurological injuries from psych meds are far more common than people know. I made this video to explain what they are and what akathisia is because they’re not talked about enough, they’re misdiagnosed, nearly impossible to treat, and hidden by the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t plan on making another update about my dad, it stresses my family out, and myself, and there’s nothing more to say about it until things get better. I will be jumping up and down about psych med injury awareness from now on as it’s impacted my health as well, and is devastating. Prayers are appreciated still.

A plane collided with a fire truck at LaGuardia last night, closing the airport. News reports said that the plane was Taxiing and hit the truck due to miscommunication. Because of sustained public pressure, national media coverage, relentless advocacy, and many voices showing up in Tallahassee, plus on the phones and sending emails... the disparagement clause was successfully stripped from the Senate farm bill (SB 290)! An amendment to the amendment was filed just moments before the Senate hearing, and it was adopted unanimously. This is proof that showing up matters. Lawful speech, transparency, and informed consent are not negotiable — and today, they were protected. You can’t Make America Healthy Again if people are afraid to speak the truth about what’s in our food and the impact it has on our health and the environment. That said, our work is not over. The disparagement clause still exists in the House version of the farm bill (HB 433, Section 47). As that bill continues to move, we will keep the same level of focus, scrutiny, and advocacy until that provision is removed there as well. Florida should be leading the Make America Healthy Again movement — not muzzling it. We’ll stay engaged. We’ll stay vigilant.
