@1Umairshaikh Totally agree, best way to make people care is you explain value of your product. Best way to do this (specially if you are in digital space) is to market with a banger motion graphic video acroos platforms where your target consumers spend their most of the time.

Most people only post when the chart goes up and I won't be one of them.
Here's what happened: I was gradually cutting paid and scaling organic. The metric started dipping - and the big organic spike never came in the last 10 days
Then I turned paid back on - and discovered we'd blown past 15k tracked events in our MMP. The campaign was running, spending money, and tracking nothing.
Good news is that now it is fixed!
My goal is still 70-80% organic with paid as a small but predictable baseline. I believe in this mix - it just needs to actually work and experimenting a lot 😅
Setbacks are part of it. Onwards! 🚀

building in public: day 80 618/1000 active paying subs active paying subscribers are dipping - sub retention is harder after we removed the free trial and shifted focus to annual plans. it's a deliberate tradeoff to better understand when users actually churn and why. we're now figuring out how to fix it. my focus right now is organic growth. what i'm doing today: - iterating on creatives targeting our paying core audience - building a viral sharing feature - referrals have our highest conversion rates by far - fixed a major auth bug that was definitely costing us paying users - shoutout to the users who reached out to support, you helped us catch it fast also - still cracking the tiktok and instagram code. X is going well (1.5M views in the last 2 weeks) but video is a different game. actively experimenting with carousels and AI creators let's go 🚀
