@Black_DeckerIN My iron box is not working. 10 days after raising complaint, pursuing with numerous calls on 30 th sep a service executive came and took it.I am totally disappointed in Black and decker service . There is no accountability. The service guy is not answering calls.

Hey @OnePlus_IN, your customer service is terrible. I have not received an update on the repair of my device (which I handed over to the pickup service on 21st May 2024). Calling the customer service and complaint service lines has only left me with boilerplate responses. 1/8

It is yet to be dispatched. When i sent someone to that address provided by them , the facility doesnt exist. Its an industrial area .
