The Arcane Texas Fact of the Day: Wichita Falls was originally named back in the 1870s for a waterfall on the Wichita River. But a flood in 1886 destroyed the original falls for which the city was named. After nearly 100 years of visitors wanting to visit the non-existent falls, the city built an artificial waterfall beside the river in Lucy Park. The recreated falls are 54 feet high and recirculate at 3,500 gallons per minute. They are visible to south-bound traffic on Interstate 44. Here's a view of the recreated falls.

@sa_da_tay @rachelmillman I had a company wide meeting with 400 other people at 9 am. It's a camera-off meeting but camera came on as soon as I entered. Hair in a headband, no makeup, ratty PJs on. All I could think of to do was duck while I blindly clicked around for button to turn off video.

You only need 4 ingredients and 3 minutes for movie theater popcorn at home: 1) heat coconut oil in a big pot on stove 2) while heating, melt some ghee 3) put kernels in the oil and shake pot to coat 4) when they start to blow, loosely cover with a lid cracked

I lost my beautiful daughter early this morning. She had a seizure and her airway was obstructed. MS is a terrible disease. I am hoping she is finding her daddy . They were 2 peas in a pod. Cara mourned Sam daily. The shock is nearly more than I can take. Oh my precious girl. 💔
