Once again, Russian bullshit factories are pushing fake videos on TikTok that show people partying in Kyiv. Most of these clips are actually from Moscow or St. Petersburg, as evident from the license plates & Yandex taxis. The goal of these campaigns is to reduce aid to Ukraine.
