@agnes0000w Hi Aggie, was this an online purchase and have 30 days passed please? - BH
English

@HabitatUK I seem to be missing nectar points on my recent habitat purchase, how do I resolve it?
English

@aegpresents tried to get tickets for Luke Combs for the 3rd time, had tickets in the basket and tied to pay, didn't go through. Tried to change the details and got kicked out. Now I can't log back in as it says I'm a bot! Lost tickets yet again! Literally devastated 😭😭😭
English

@marksandspencer This isn't the quality I'd expect from M&S, sending it straight back. So annoying!

English

@HMRCcustomers Its not what the HMRC letter says, I will try to reach out to an agent again tomorrow maybe will have better luck with getting through to some 🤞
English

@agnes0000w This is for the current tax year which is from 6th April 2025.
Thanks, Anas
English

@HMRCcustomers hi there, is there anyone you can contact at HMRC, it's been a week now and I still had no luck with speaking to any of the advisors. I have tried online chat and calling....
English

@HMRCcustomers It was, my tax code prior to 1252l was lower in December, the difference was cleared with December pay which is why it has gone up to 1252l,looks like the records your end aren't correct
English

@agnes0000w That is why there will be an adjustment as there was no benefit included in the 1252L code when that was operated. This adjustment will bring you in line with what tax you should have paid and will be spread over each month.
Thanks, Anas
English

@HMRCcustomers It would have been recently updated with the p11d, the previous tax code was 1252l once it was changed it Dec
English

@agnes0000w When did the new medical benefit start and when did you update HMRC?
What was the previous tax code prior to this?
Thanks, Anas
English

@HMRCcustomers Medical for previous year has been cleared in December 2024, as I have changed jobs. I have contacted HMRC about it back then and my tax code has been updated to reflect this. It's been okay untill now when I have notified you of a new medical cover
English

@agnes0000w This may be due to holding a lower amount of medical benefit in the code previously. Has the medical benefit amount been lower in a previous tax code?
Thanks, Anas
English

@HMRCcustomers It says: We estimate that you have not paid enough Income Tax so far this tax year. You currently owe £xxx , which seems wrong
English

@agnes0000w Does this come up as an In Year Adjustment in the code? Or an actual underpayment from a previous tax year?
Thanks, Anas
English

@HMRCcustomers Currently it's 1134l which is partially correct due to medical however when I log in it says there has been an underpayment which is strange as I only have 1 job,my tax code has been correct before and now a sudden underpayment but no actual details as to where it comes from
English

@agnes0000w What is your tax code please? Do you just have the one employment?
Thanks, Anas
English

@HMRCcustomers Looking to contact the income tax department, there have been few issues with my tax code and I can't find the solution online
English

@agnes0000w Hi Agnes.
Really sorry you were unable to get through. Which department were you contacting and is there anything in general we can help with here?
Thanks, Anas
English

@agnes0000w Sorry about the confusion Hayley. From your account’s homepage if you can select the ‘PAYE’ tile. Then select ‘check next tax year’. More details of how we worked out your tax code for the upcoming year will be shown.

@agnes0000w Morning,
Does the email state if the code change refers to 24/25 or 25/26?
