Another way to look at is that when AI becomes mainstream; to be different will mean it has to blend in human imagination and thought. Otherwise, every agent will be just average - which means every company will be average. There won't be any edge. Today the edge exists with AI as only a select few are using it and the AI average is above mainstream average. Won't be true when majority start using it.
For that reason, I think humans won't be replaced. Their jobs would be different though.
