This is not true. Nothing like this happened. The Governor did not ask anyone to drop their ambition. Infact, the Gov. gave me a special recognition by inviting me to be among the speakers at the event. For your information, @TheoAbuAgada, you will never be successful with your evil agenda. If Allah (God) is with you, no evil plan will defeat you.

FLASH: Gombe state Governor, Inuwa Yahaya has asked Prof. Isa Ali Pantami to drop Guber ambition and support APC consensus candidate during a stakeholders meeting this night at the Gombe State Government House. Pantami according to sources, was not happy with this decision.

What prof Isa Ali Pantami did today at the burial ground was deeply inappropriate and insensitive. I’m not against people resolving their differences, but let’s be honest the timing was very wrong. A janaza is a moment for grief, reflection, and prayers, not public pressure or forced reconciliation. Putting mallam Nasir El-Rufai on the spot like that, at the burial of his mother felt like an emotional ambush. Allow the man to grieve in peace. Preach your sermon, offer comfort, and leave matters of settling disputes for another time.

In the last 12 to 24 hours, recent headlines report that: 1. Bandits invaded Digare community, Bauchi State. 2. Bandits ambushed travelling passengers in Kogi State, while shooting the driver. 3. Bandits tortured a captured NYSC member. 4. Bandits invaded and abducted many people in Kogi State near Government Technical College. -Bauchi is a Muslim State, Kogi is partly a Muslim state, and the corper being tortured pleaded in the name of Allah, (For the sake of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), please help me. Please help my life). Again, this is the holy month of Ramadan; Now tell the public why bandits will be attacking and torturing people at this time, since a lot of you want to link the insecurity crisis to just Islam, instead of just addressing them terrorists that are affecting us all. Kindly explain.

𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 This is a press conference reportedly held by the Jos North local government chairman, Barr. John Kyoro Christopher, in response to the killing of travelers along Barikin Ladi axis in Plateau State. The victims were traveling from Jos North to Pankshin for their shoe business. They were Muslim residents of Gangare, a community I was born and brought up in. I am saving this video here because I believe this is highly commendable of the local government chairman. I think this is the first time ever a statement of condolence, condemnation, and call for calm and arrest of the perpetrators of this evil is made from an office like this. Plateau State cannot afford to continue like this. Our roads and communities must be safe for all. And only when the leaders are willing to address this menace can we have lasting peace. I hope this chairman will sustain our hope. We'll continue to advocate for calm despite the pain of losing loved ones. We'll continue to appreciate and support any leader on the Plateau who genuinely work towards achieving this goal of lasting peace, inclusion, and economic progress. - Misbahu El-Hamza February 26, 2026

I never said politics is haram. I’m in politics to bring good governance to the people. I have been a registered APC member since 2019. It’s in the Nigerian constitution that you can’t be a minister if you’re not registered with a political party. - Sheikh Prof. Isa Ali Pantami told BBC Hausa in an interview.

🇬🇭 Congratulations to Referee Daniel Laryea on his outstanding performance in officiating the Nigeria vs Morocco match. He has truly lifted the flag of Ghana high and continues to be an inspiration to young referees across the country. Kudos to Morocco and Senegal on reaching the final of the AFCON. “After his tenure, he returned to Daura, hoping to rest with his family after many years of serving the nation and growing older. This was a time he most needed rest, care, and the support of his wife. Unfortunately, she left him alone in Daura for two years while she stayed in Abuja, leaving him to take care of himself. Even on his deathbed, she was not by his side, except for the presence of his brother, Mamman Daura, as she herself revealed in her book. After his passing, the Buhari family home and Mamman Daura’s home were next to each other, separated only by a wall and a door. Her first action was to close that door completely. A few days after his burial, she blocked all access to the house from Buhari’s relatives. She refused to observe the customary mourning (iddah) in Daura, where he was buried, and instead went to Kaduna, where her husband’s house had been renovated by the federal government to observe iddah, avoiding any contact with what she called his “useless relatives” in Daura. What kind of woman is this? What kind of behavior is this from a wife?” Unknown

Faruk Maishanu has spent virtually his entire career in NNPC, serving for nearly 40 years. He has been Managing Director across several of NNPC’s core subsidiaries, building deep institutional knowledge & loyalty over decades of service. Faruk will never, under any circumstance, trade off energy security. I must say, one notable thing Aliko & Faruk share in common is that both live remarkably simple lives, despite their stature & influence. What stands out is that Faruk Maishanu has refused to be compromised by an entitled billionaire fixated on monopoly. It is in our best interest to protect Faruk. I don’t even blame Aliko, he’s accustomed to an era where a President could simply call & ask, “What do you want?” He is yet to come to terms with the fact that that era is long gone. Alhaji, roll up your sleeves & face competition like a man, character assassination & blackmail are signs of weakness.
