@aimee4371 @monzo Aimee I'd also screenshot every single message to and from Monzo as I did. Half way through conversations they deleted the whole conversation. I copied and pasted everything onto a massive word document that I've put in a file. The ombudsman had the lot.

@monzo I bet you look after her better than you are doing for someone I know who has been a victim of fraud. Santander and TSB refunded money in 12 hours … 4 weeks later you are still investigating. I would recommend everyone to steer clear tbh.
