‼️🚨 @AbdulElSayed on the "electability" argument while calling out @HaleyforMI & Mike Rogers: All of these funders, they're perfectly fine with either Haley Stevens or Mike Rogers. You know why? Because either of them would be a reliable vote on all of their priorities. Ask yourself, do you think that $60 million dollars will somehow materialize in general election, to be a crutch in the general election, for a candidate who took it in the primary? Is that what makes somebody electable? Or is electability about being able to inspire a real movement around a real set of goals, like getting money out of politics, putting money in your pocket & passing Medicare for All. Maybe electable candidates are the ones who don't need $60 million from corporations & special interests to run and win campaigns. Maybe electable candidates aren't the ones who have to carpet bomb the airways with 30 second glossy ads lying about themselves & about their opponents. Maybe electable candidates don't have to lie. So, we'll go ahead and see who's electable on August 4th & again on November 3rd.
