We have been told to make our own way to and from Dublin on Christmas Eve and when we land in at midnight on New Year’s, 3 hour journey each way. Surely you are providing transfer

Unresolved AerClub Complaint Tickets (#01458216 & 01458320) ~ 8 Weeks Overdue. I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of resolution of my AerClub complaint tickets despite of seven follow ups. @AerLingus @AerClub

@AerLingus @badperm @AerLingus Absolutely disgusted that my Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve plans have been derailed. Flights cancelled from Cork to Tenerife and told to make my own way to and from Dublin on Christmas Eve and when I land in at midnight on New Year’s, 3 hour journey each way.

@AerLingus return flight to Dub-Leeds €22(outbound portion)but cost nearly doubles if only booked as a single. Belfast-Leeds return £55 (outbound portion) but still remains £55 if only booked as a single.Why are € fares/routes different?

@bookingcom I cannot believe how poor your Customer Service is. I've not booked anything with you for at least two years, but you think its now ok to charge me for a hotel I haven't booked. Yet you keep sending me in circles with nobody to actually speak to. This is fraud.

@LayaHealthcare time to part ways. Been a very satisfied customer for several years but yearly premium has rocketed and no one to speak to despite repeated attempts this week. Now call centre closed when supposed to be open to 3.30 today (Sat)

Thanks for my refund @ViatorTravel. I didn’t realize I double booked an excursion and was worried that it was too late to get a refund. In fact, I would not have bothered were it not for Emo Tours sending me several WA messages assuring me that my $60 mistake would be fixed.
