@benkellyone “$0 down” sounds clean, but it’s not. SBA debt still needs real cash flow, real numbers, and someone who knows how to operate. The 10% investor isn’t free money either—they want returns and usually a say. You didn’t buy a $1M business for nothing. You took on leverage.

You could literally: • Go to SMBmarket, com • Filter for $500k-$1M price • Look for $10k+/mo cash flow • Verify all the business financials • Apply for an SBA loan (covers 90%) • Get a private investor to pay the 10% & buy a $1M business for $0. Here's the blueprint that pays me $900k per year:

RIP landing page designers 🤯 I just built a system in Claude Code that clones high-converting advertorial pages & rebuilds it for your brand in minutes. Find a presell page that's been running on Meta for months → Feed it to Claude Code → Get back a production-ready page with your product, your copy, your angles. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies testing multiple advertorial angles on Meta. The best brands on Meta are running 5-10 different advertorial pages at any given time. Each one targets a different audience, a different pain point, a different hook. Building those pages manually means freelancers, back-and-forth, and weeks of waiting. This system solves it: → Find an advertorial that's scaling on Meta → Feed the page to Claude Code → Claude extracts the exact DR framework → Swap in your brand details, product, audience, and mechanism → Claude one-shots a complete HTML page following the same proven structure → Paste into Shopify. Done. No designer. No copywriter turnaround. No starting from scratch. What you get: → The exact advertorial structure that's already converting on Meta, rebuilt for your brand → Full HTML page ready to import into Shopify in 60 seconds → Copy that follows every DR beat — authority, pain escalation, root cause reframe, social proof, offer → A repeatable system you can use to spin out new angles whenever you need them The pages that are scaling hardest on Meta all follow the same formula. This just lets you use it. I put together a full guide showing the exact process — how to find winning pages, extract the structure, and build your own in Claude Code. Want the full guide for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLONE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

This Google Maps Lead Gen Agent is absolutely insane 🤯 Enter a keyword, city, & state → get back names, phone numbers, emails, websites, & reviews. All inside Google Antigravity + Claude Code. Perfect for agencies and lead gen operators who need prospecting data without paying insane SaaS fees. Here's the problem: You're manually searching Google Maps. Clicking through listings one by one, copy-pasting phone numbers into a spreadsheet. It takes hours to build a decent lead list. This scraper solves it: → Enter your keyword (plumber, dentist, realtor, etc.) → Pick your city and state → Set the number of results you want → Hit search and let Apify do the scraping → Save leads you like to a bookmark list No manual searching, no copy-pasting, no paying $200/month for a lead gen tool. What you get: - Full search results with business info - Bookmark feature to save your best leads - Search history to track past scrapes - Option to host it on Replit so your team can use it Built 100% with Claude Code & Antigravity. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how I built this from scratch, plus all the prompts I used. Want all the prompts I used for Claude Code so you can build it yourself? > Like this post > Comment "LEADS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Wow. This was sent to all the midshipmen at the Naval Academy. Pray for our future military officers as they prepare! "Brigade of Midshipmen, As you have seen in the news, our Joint Force has begun military operations against Iran. For decades, Iran has waged a proxy war against American forces and our partners across the Middle East. The events now unfolding are historic. They are consequential. And they demand serious reflection from all of us. For some of your company mates who have only recently graduated, this is no longer theoretical. It is not a case study. It is not a classroom discussion. It is real. They are likely participating in these operations today, standing watch, flying sorties, leading Sailors and Marines, executing missions on behalf of our great country. They are carrying the weight of decisions that matter. Soon enough, that responsibility will be yours. This moment should sharpen your perspective. The fate of nations, the stability of regions, and the lives of your fellow Americans are not abstract ideas. They rest in the hands of officers who are competent, disciplined, and morally grounded. The fate of the Iranian people, like so many populations caught under regimes that choose hostility over peace, will ultimately be shaped in part by how professionally and decisively American forces conduct themselves. You've heard me talk about warfighting and our focus on it. What you are seeing in the news is an example of why we must be ready. Warfighting is not a slogan. It is the core purpose of our Navy and Marine Corps. It requires intellectual rigor in the classroom, physical toughness on the field, and professional seriousness in every training evolution. It requires leaders who understand history, technology, human behavior, and the moral weight of command. It requires officers who can think clearly under pressure and act decisively in uncertainty. This is not a time for distraction. It is not a time for complacency. It is a time... to double down. Double down academically, master your disciplines. Whether you study engineering, cyber, political science, or literature, your ability to think critically will shape your effectiveness in combat. Double down athletically, physical resilience underpins combat effectiveness. The demands placed on junior officers in operational units are unrelenting. Double down professionally, treat every formation, every brief, every watch, and every leadership opportunity as preparation for the day when the stakes are real. Our mission remains clear: to develop midshipmen morally, mentally, and physically and to imbue you with the highest ideals of duty, honor, and loyalty. Those ideals are not ornamental. They are operational necessities. History does not ask whether we feel ready. It simply arrives. We are not simply another college, our responsibility is far greater. We will continue to prepare you accordingly. With Respect, Your Supe LtGen Michael J. Borgschulte, USMC 66th Superintendent"

@carkerpox Would you mind transferring me your Southwest reward points. Since you won’t be using them anymore. I would love that. I flew Southwest last week and it was a phenomenal experience as always.

Southwest’s change is the death of the company. I was a top .1% user for 5 years (literally flew so much I got companion pass in 2022). The thing is, Southwest misunderstood what their actual moat was. It wasn’t cheap flights though that worked. It wasn’t no seat assignments, though that again was a positive as well. Their moat was that they were the only airline that you could book a flight in 5 clicks if you had an account. Because of the simplicity of their offering and the operation, you could avoid the confusing bullshit that you had to deal with with all other airlines—which tier, which seat, which status, which flight insurance, which bag fee…etc They, the southwest leaders, confused their win as low cost—it wasn’t it was ease of use. And it’s gone—now they’re just like everyone else, but they have no experience being like everyone else—so they’re actually not just like everyone else, they’re the worst of the rest. I have booked 6 flights since the change that would have been a no brainer southwest for me in the past—each one I’ve booked Alaska. Because now, Southwest is only competing on price and flight options. I used to be happy to pick slightly worse flights for the simple fact that I had nothing to think about to accomplish it—now, I am forced to only judge them on the same things that all other airlines compete on. And they’re gonna lose. James Dyson famously said. “Be different, for the sake of it.” We literally call it product differentiation. Southwest was the only airline that was different—and they were the only airline that was profitable for 44 straight years (until COVID). And they gave that advantage away on purpose—Herb Kelleher is rolling over in his grave. Mark my words—in 5 years this is going to go down as the greatest fumble in modern corporate history—they don’t even have the excuse of failure to adapt to a new technology like Kodak or Xerox, they intentionally did this to themselves.

Another day flying under the new processes of @SouthwestAir and another amazing travel day. I had to change flights and SW helped me tremendously on the phone. Got group 2 but since I already had an assigned seat I simply waited until the last minute to board and went right to my seat. Backpack under seat and good to go. Thanks SW!!!!

Wow. @SouthwestAir is dominating @x. No one happy in group 1. For that matter groups 2-6 either. What a mess. Averaged 40-60 flights a year for forever. Never thought I would be forced to possibly look elsewhere.

Well, while, you guys are over here complaining about @SouthwestAir , I called them because I needed to change my flight from Thursday to Wednesday this week and explained my dire situation and they were gracious enough to change my flight from Thursday to Wednesday with zero change in cost as a favor to me as a preferred elite. There is no other airline in the face of the planet that would do that.

Southwest Airlines turned millions of loyal customers into hostages. And they're celebrating it. I'm one of them. 20+ years. Two credit cards. Companion pass. Bought gift cards. Recruited everyone I knew. Then they killed open seating. Killed bags fly free. Gutted everything that made them @SouthwestAir. Will I keep flying them? Yes. But not out of loyalty. Out of lock-in. My status still protects me. My bags are still free. I can pick my seat. Companion pass works. Strip those away? I'm gone tomorrow. Cheapest and fastest. Done. Loyalty: I choose you. Lock-in: I'm stuck with you. They look the same on a balance sheet. Completely different animals. This pattern is everywhere. Adobe made cancellation so painful the FTC sued them. HP put DRM chips in ink cartridges. Insurance companies charge loyal customers 40% more - the UK literally banned the practice. Netflix said "love is sharing a password" in 2017 then cracked down on it in 2023. The inflection point: when the conversation shifts from "how do we earn this?" to "how do we keep them from leaving?" That's where loyalty dies and lock-in begins. Southwest says it'll add $1.5B in revenue. Wall Street cheers. What's the cost of turning mavens into hostages? What's a brand you were loyal to that you're now just locked into?

@SouthwestAir just had 1st flight of year as a-list preferred. Little wonky and different not being able to be in “A” grouping but boarding was great in Group 1 and was thankful to have already reserved my fav seat in exit row at time of purchase. $108 flight from Nashville to Vegas. I’d say that is indeed a great rate. Thanks.

Dave Ramsey became a millionaire telling middle class people to avoid debt while inflation steals their savings. His advice worked in 1990, but honestly in 2026, it’s straight up financial malpractice.

First it was Renee Good. Then it was Alex Jeffrey Pretti. Both U.S. citizens, both well intentioned Minnesotans seeking to support their communities during this unlawful and unwarranted occupation. The question I have is how much blood does there have to be on this administration’s hands before the people with the power to check this government will step up?! Some Republicans’ silence is deafening and the others, their spin is sickening. These are public executions. Not "incidents." This is a pattern, a direct threat to our democracy, and a clear sign of where this country is headed. People shouldn't have to live in fear of being killed for exercising their first nor second amendment rights! My heart is with the families—we all deserve better.

The President of the United States just overthrew a foreign ruler and explained to the American people that this is about taking control of the oil reserves of a foreign nation. He said that the U.S. will “run the country” until a proper transition can take place and went right into how US oil companies will benefit from this takeover. He doesn’t understand the risks and costs involved with these poorly thought-out decisions that don’t make Americans any safer today than they were yesterday. Nicolas Maduro is a brutal, illegitimate dictator who deserves to face justice. I want the people of Venezuela to be free to choose their own future, but if we learned anything from the Iraq war, it’s that dropping bombs or toppling a leader doesn’t guarantee democracy, stability or make Americans safer. More often, it leads to chaos or drags the US into a war and lengthy occupation. I don’t trust that this administration has a plan, timeline, or price tag for what comes next. Over the past year, Trump’s foreign policy has been reckless, chaotic, self-serving, and unconstitutional. Congress should vote this week to reassert its authority on behalf of the American people before he oversteps again.  I also want to recognize the professionalism and skill of the American service members involved in this operation. While I don’t agree with the administration’s justification for this, I’m thankful that no service members were killed or seriously injured.
