Dear @Flipkart & @UshaIntl , With ref to my Food Processor FP 3810 with Flipkart order id OD221697636666058000. I was promised 5 years warranty on motor but @UshaIntl service team denied to service. I have attached product page on @Flipkart and invoice copy as well for review.

@akhilpop Hi, We wish to inform you that the FP 3810 model comes with a 24-month warranty applicable to the motor also. As per company policy, Usha provides a 2-year warranty on the motor component, and this information is clearly mentioned in the product warranty card.

Dear @DGCAIndia I had canceled my flight within 24 hour per policy and the flight was after 7 days, @IndiGo6E has processed full refund to @Cleartrip but they are still charging 1600 as cancellation fee and 1920 additional as convenience fee. Please help with right guidelines.
