@bathbodyworks I've had to bath and body works four times over a candle. I spoke to a customer service agent who offered a gift card as an apology but hung up when I asked how the gift card could be accessed.
@premierprotein Your shakes are way too expensive for them to be leaking like this. This a safety hazard! This has happened on several occasions and I have even had some shakes that had curdled pieces of protein in them!
@TMobileHelp I was told my bill would be $113.00, but it's $144.00. Called customer service and the agent wasn't able to explain the bill. A manager was supposed to call yesterday and never called. There were no prorated charges. Just a trade. I need answers!

@USDOL is there a number for complaints against your staff? My husband filed ! Claim over a month ago and no one has reached out. What is your turn around time for processing claims? A company stole $350 from my husband's check.

@AmazonHelp I alerted amazon the first day received the item and they said to contact the seller, which I did. The seller refuses to give a refund and refuses to respond to Amazon.
@AmazonHelp They have not refunded me. I have called Amazon several times and was told I would be refunded but have not received it. Seller refuses to refund.
