These started from you and you never even bothered to get it right and help me!!!! You have no respect for your customers at all!!!! Once you have the booking you bloody don’t care about the customers is what I’ve understood.

@makemytrip messed up my name on an international ticket and falsely claimed it was fixed. @airindia teams gave conflicting information till the last moment, then denied boarding 4 hours before departure. I had to fight this myself while MMT did absolutely nothing. Shameful.

I’m glad that Mohammed Hisham helped me at the very last moment but whatever happened is unacceptable from @airindia and @makemytrip. AI- Your customer care and airport staffs are never on same page. Everyone’s on a different page always!!!! Make sure you do it right.

Total blunder by @makemytripcare @Rajesh_Magow @DeepKalraMMT and @airindia.Blaming each other and the passenger has to take all the lose money with no mistake of the passenger.Clearly have the proof that MMT has messed up my name stating AirIndia has restrictions and AI otherwise
