@IndiaPostOffice Surely This is not the way customer grievance is addressed by. Not sure if CRM portal is even managed or not. No wonder why their @IndiaPostOffice Branches dont have proper Internet Connectivity. No alternative option. this is how you Losing valuable customers day by day.

@IndiaPostOffice At 416211 Parite P.O u stil hear “नेट बंद आहे” nd da joke is tht the dept is called Department of Posts, Ministry of “Communications”. hw wil people not go elsewhere? On 1 hand u giving vision of digital India nd on other hand u can't even provide Connectivity.

@ICICIBank_Care You guys responded but provided the steps to follow which I already completed on 29 October. Even after completing these steps I'm unable to proceed & it shows following error screen.

@ICICIBank It's been over a month but @ICICIBank_Care is failed to provide solution to simple problem related to #FASTag_Verification_Process. Even after registering 7 complaints the problem is still persistent. Hopeless Customer service & stuck in deadlock.

@Aadhaar_Care @UIDAI Oh well it's wasn't mobile network issue cause OTP was for email verification & I was logged-in on PC. Not there isn't any network factor.

Now that I've wasted enough time on this, I really want to know WHAT do you mean by in (Something went wrong, please try after sometime). Also please state how much time is it when you put TRY after sometime in that failure msg. 🙇

After contacting @UIDAI via email they told me that appointment booking portal is up and running without any failure. So I went to check & look what appeared on screen. Our very own, none other than Mr. "SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIME" (1/n)

@RBI please request you to take actions on these fraudsters & on those who repeatedly leaks account holders data. @PhonePe_ has failed to secure its account holders data, which gives direct access to account information. 2/2

@PhonePeSupport just received call claiming he is talking on behalf of @PhonePe_ & that I've won 5000 while it was opposite. While check I found tht the link is to pay 5000RS I'm seeing so much complains regarding same case as mine. But #PhonePe has done nothing to improvise. 1/n

@MumbaiPolice my sis's in-laws hve applied for emergency medical travel pass from Mumbai to Kolhapur(Hospital) on 14/05/2020. But yet did not received any update on application. Where I can check the current status? How much time it will take to get response on application.

@cpmgmaharashtra there is scheme for women's (MPKBY Agents) empowerment run by @IndiaPostOffice Recurring Deposit, where they collect RD amt & deposit it in local post office. Due to lockdown they are unable to visit acc.holder to collect the money.. (1/n)
