If anyone is sold a seat at a concert which turns out to have an obstructed view (and you weren’t told at point of sale), ask for a refund. If you can’t get that, do a section 75 or chargeback. Maybe one day LN and TM will learn we are not pushovers.

I appreciate this feedback. I don’t know where this notion that queue positions are random came from. I have never said it, and I have asked internally and cannot find it written in help content etc. With that said, I do understand where you are coming from. The fact that Blake Narcissistic Abu$er Lively is attempting to co-opt legislation meant to protect powerless victims is LAUGHABLY OFFENSIVE. She quite literally, according to Judge Liman, had all the power in that relationship. She had star status, clout, and all the connections in the world. Her play-pretending to be a victim is probably the most hilarious thing ever to come out of a Hollywood scandal. She had so much power on the It Ends With Us set, that she was able to waltz in after Justin and co had been working to adapt the book for 5 YEARS, and start causing so much chaos and headaches that Sony executives and producers likened her to a terrorist. She had so much power that an email from her husband, threats to walk, and a few nonsense “complaints” and insinuations gave her the leverage to take complete control of editing, final say on the cut, composition, release date, and all promotion and marketing of the film. Yet she’s the victim? She had so much power that she was able to completely disallow her victim (the director/producer/financier/head of studio) to participate in promotion of the film. There was nothing hanging out there, all “complaints” had been resolved and they had finished filming successfully. She had so much power that she obtained final say over the trailer and demanded that her victim be shown as little as possible and removing his name. She also removed his face and name (as well as the other main actor) from the poster art, leaving her face and her name only. She then demanded that her victim could not include “A Film By…” credit on the poster. She had so much power that she was able to determine that IF her victim were to be able to attend the global premiere of the film (Sony actually grew a pair on this one and claimed contractual obligation that he attend), there had to be 2 separate theaters and he and his had to wait in the basement while she and hers walked the red carpet FIRST. She had so much power that she demanded that her victim make a (poorly written) statement that she and her a$$hole husband crafted, having her victim take all of the blame for everything that she had done to him and his film (DARVO anyone?). When her victim FINALLY FOUGHT BACK, she threatened more bullying, harassment, and complete ruination with a frivolous lawsuit based on manufactured allegations of SH. Blake Lively is no victim. She HAS victims. She is a tormentor, a manipulator, a TERRORIST. Never let her forget that WE KNOW WHO SHE IS.

Just how dumb can some people be? Even a fool with a heart and a grain of common sense should be able to see how Blake Lively is trying to manipulate the public, by presenting her withdrawal of the lawsuit she pursued, spending over $40m on her legal fees alone, as a victory. The supidity of some people boggles the imagination. She is no champion of the downtrodden. She is plainly the hoof that trod upon an innocent man whose movie she stole brazenly, while claiming she was his victim. The woman is an offence to humanity, not only to womanhood, and any woman who has been subjected to the abuse of a man or of men - as I and countless others have been - should be able to see her for the monster that she is. Unless she can issue a genuine apology to Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer, admit her brazen wrongdoing, and swear in future to treat people with the respect that is their due, she should remain in Coventry, for, make no mistake about it, no one in Hollywood will be employing her in a hurry. According to one of Hollywood's leading lights, she is not only "radioactive" but also a "c*nt of the highest order" - a description with which her conduct leads anyone with a mind and a conscience as well as discernment and reason to concur. "Ryan Reynolds is intent on saving his arse," according to that same Hollywood personage. "He's spreading the word that he's been trying to get that crazed bitch to settle for a year. Don't believe a word of it. It's only because they've been exposed as hijackers and she was facing a prison sentence (for perjury) if the case went to trial, that they've climbed down. But they're both extraordinarily persistent. He has deep pockets. She's a fabricator, and he's an arsonist who hasn't been content in burning down his school, but has successfully burnt through two movie franchises - Deadpool and now It Ends With Us (and related works). Anyone who is deceived by them is in need of a brain implant.

@ozdustgal I’ve put a chargeback through for this exact issue as I need to free up the date. LN states on the artists concert page I can transfer/resell on authorised platforms yet are refusing to let me. The investigation is ongoing despite LN breaking their own contract.

charging your fans for extremely overpriced tickets and then not giving them the option to resell/transfer them and get that money back is diabolical and the fact that it‘s becoming the norm for a lot of big tours is nasty
