Alice Wahome is exactly what is wrong with this administration. Loud, defensive and completely disconnected from the suffering of ordinary Kenyans. Imagine a whole Cabinet Secretary chest-thumping because presidents landed at JKIA while millions of Kenyans cannot afford food, fuel, rent or school fees. Since when did photo sessions with foreign dignitaries become a substitute for leadership? A government obsessed with optics always collapses under reality. And spare Kenyans the fake outrage about Macron and the UN Secretary General. Leaders across the world are criticized daily. That is democracy. Or did this regime decide William Ruto must now be treated like a king who cannot be questioned? The problem with this government is simple. It confuses criticism with rebellion because it survives on praise, intimidation and propaganda. Rigathi Gachagua may have his faults, but at least he is saying openly what many Kenyans whisper every day. This government has become arrogant, vindictive and dangerously intoxicated with power. The economy is bleeding. Corruption is exploding in broad daylight. Businesses are shutting down. Young people are hopeless. Yet people like Alice Wahome are busy clapping because motorcades passed through Nairobi. And honestly, @WahomeHon lecturing anyone about leadership is laughable. She has contributed absolutely nothing memorable to struggling Kenyans except political noise and blind loyalty to @WilliamsRuto Cabinet Secretaries are supposed to solve problems not behave like online attack dogs defending one man from morning to evening. The biggest mistake this regime has made is believing state power, police intimidation and media control make them untouchable. Every failed government in history believed the same thing before wananchi humbled them at the ballot and in public opinion. Kenyans are angry ad hungry. Not because of Rigathi Gachagua. Because of failed leadership wrapped in arrogance.

A story is told of a church that raised KSh 960,000 for a member who was very sick. His hospital bill was KSh 210,000, an amount he and his family could not afford. During a service, the pastor announced: “Our brother is hospitalized and needs KSh 210,000. Let us support him.” Members began donating generously and by the end of the service, the total reached KSh 960,000. Afterwards, the pastor counted the money, gave KSh 210,000 to the sick man’s brother to pay the hospital, and deposited the remaining KSh 750,000 into the church account. The problem started when the family became upset. They argued that all the money should have gone to their brother, not only the hospital bill, because people donated out of compassion to help him with recovery, medicines and daily needs. The pastor, however, said he only requested KSh 210,000 and once that target was met, any extra money belonged to the church. The way this situation is now… What is your take on this?
